Heidi’s collection is fabulous! Man I wish I could wait for her releases, she just never disappoints. I did end up buying last years Christmas themed stop the blur kit, it is amazing. The little presents have pull out tags. Love it all.

Wow that bundle went fast! I wasn’t interested in the whole kit, but good for Heidi!
I have the paper, those countdown trees (love!!), and the gift pockets in my cart. Just trying to decide if I should actually pull the trigger. The pink tree paper is perfect to do a spread about a tabletop pink tree I have.

I went small on Heidi’s stuff and just got my favorites: paper pack, striped washi, and the clear word tags. The $250 kit was sold out when I shopped at 9:05. I was on a work call so did not see that bundle sold out, but I had already decided to reign it in and just get what I knew would complement what I already have or is coming  . I have not gotten any Christmas stamps this year, so got merry little Christmas and the tree farm. I know I’ll use both and plan to use the 4 tree farm vehicles for designated family member Christmas gift tags! I’m so excited about that. I also got the paper, tabs, stripe washi, green twine, gift tag pockets, and the door die. That should nicely round out my Ali order. I got the cute stop the blur Christmas themed kit last Christmas and those along with some of my stash of crate paper will go perfect with these new items. I am officially done! Paper person is lovely, but I’m going to opt out of the drama and cost this year. |

I did some shopping with Heidi Swapp. I got the smaller kit, I really liked everything in it, and didn’t think the price was too bad, and picked up a couple of sets of plain tags, and a few Distress Oxide ink pads that were on my wishlist.
I can’t believe that huge, expensive kit sold out so fast! That’s awesome!😂👏🏻. I looked at the clock at a few minutes before time to shop, and thought, oh, I’ll check out Heidi’s stuff when it’s time, then got distracted, and went there 15 minutes after it opened up, and couldn’t believe they were sold out already! I didn’t have it in my budget anyways, and I didn’t care about all the stamps, and dies, so it didn’t matter to me, but I just was impressed. I was very happy to see there was a smaller paper collection kit available still since that was what I was after. I went back and looked at her Christmas stuff from last year that’s still available, but I just didn’t care for it that much still. I think it’s the bright pink that turns me off of Christmas collections I’ve decided. I absolutely love her stuff this year!

I think sometime early next year I would like to purchase Heidi’s first stamping class. It’s kind of pricey, so I don’t want to right now, but I think I’d enjoy learning some tips from her. Her stamping is always so magical, and I just can’t grasp how to look at my sets, and do all of the fancy layers, and stuff, but I’d really like to. I think I’d really enjoy making fun gift tags for presents as well!

I got my shipping notice yesterday (Thursday) at noon. At first I thought it might have been my AE subscription, but it was my DD order. I'm in Oregon and it's scheduled to arrive Weds 10/18. I ordered on the first day, placed other orders too, but none the last week. I bet they are trying to get all the DD orders out before they ship the AE subs.

Just got my shipping notice! I know it's just the shipping label, but still...
It's been a tough few weeks for me--my father-in-law passed, and the infighting among the siblings has been worse than my 94-year-old father-in-law's death. I've also been battling what we think may be a herniated disc. I'm a fairly healthy person, so the pain has been hard to accept.
I'm ready to get something beautiful in the mail even if I don't get to it for awhile.
I also noticed that the Hybrid Product Play class is open. I know I'll be watching the videos this weekend!

Someone asked Ali during one of the lives if the digitals would be at a discount for people who added the class and she said she would work on it. So fingers crossed. I'm close so it usually only takes a couple of days. |

I looked at what it would cost to buy each item separately, and it doesn't seem to be discounted. Did the math in my head, will need to actually calculate it. Last year, they offered huge discounts on DD digitals. Can't remember if it was for any of the newer products. I dipped into the class and did not see any mention of a discount. UPDATE: You would save $1.97 by getting the digital bundle as opposed to buying each item separately...so, not much of a discount. |

I haven't had a chance to watch the lessons for the Hybrid class yet, but there are NO digitals associated with the class. There's a bundle I can BUY separately for another $20, but none of the digitals created in the class are available with the class. I don't mean I expected the full main kit to be free - but what I expected was "here's a cut file / template / element I created for this class as a jumping off point."
I'm disappointed because I already know how to do these things in Photoshop; I was hoping for extra digitals and ideas of what to do with them, or at least a discount on the digital items, not another $20!

As a comparison, the Stories of Christmas Past class last year included the full digital kit + extra digitals from Pam and Ali to supplement. None of that in the Hybrid class that I can see.
