It's beautiful! I was about to follow you then realized I'm already following! On a non-December Daily note, it looks like you'll be scrapbooking a trip to Germany for Spark Magazine. I still have not scrapbooked a trip I took with my family in 2017, so I'm excited to see what you put together. I'm still navigating my way through my Simple Scrapper membership, but Spark Magazine is definitely where I go for inspiration! |

So...my box came on Friday. I was out of town for the weekend and just opened it this morning. This is not my order. Of course there are some things in it that I did order but there's a whole lot of stuff that I didn't order and a whole lot missing that I did order. I have started a conversation but I have no idea how they make this right. Unbelievable. Ugh so frustrating. Hope they make it right for you. |

My box came last Wednesday as scheduled and I finally got the chance to unpack it over the weekend. Thankfully everything is there are looks good. Now I need to finish my Christmas cards and get started on setting up some foundation pages. Last/this year I didn't finish my DD until January - I really prefer getting it done in December otherwise it turns into a struggle.

Right? I can't wait to see how this plays out but I have serious doubts it will be in my favor.  This happened to me last year. I included a photo with my customer service ticket so they could see what I had received. They ended up telling me to keep what I got and then sent me the correct order. Hopefully, this happens for you too. |

Does anyone know if there will be more lessons in the DD hybrid classroom? Honestly, I spent a 20 minutes or so on the first lesson, but after that… I don’t foil. I’m sure I didn’t read the class description well enough. I didn’t realize that was going to be so prominent in the class.

Yesterday I went through, and reorganized all of my Christmas supplies (after finishing my 2021 album they were kind of a mess, and I wanted to redo a few systems that I didn’t feel were working great for me). I got all of my new supplies from 2022 out, and organized them, and sorted them into my containers. Completed page one of my album. I love that fresh project feel!☺️❤️ Going through my Christmas pictures makes me excited for this year’s holiday season👏🏻

Got my AE supplies this morning, and it's all just gorgeous. I'm so glad I got the green floral album. I didn't get the main kit, but the paper pack, vellum, and die cuts will be more than enough for me.
It was all packaged nicely, and nothing was damaged. I wonder if I just got lucky and got someone who was careful with mine!

Just got my box and am not thrilled.
They packed it poorly so my mini kit packaging was bent in the middle. Then I was missing a die cut. And then one of my labels had a dirty fingerprint with adhesive on it...talk about gross.
Also not happy with the print quality or paper used. There are pieces of pulp that show up in the paper that are other colors (light blue, tan), almost like recycled paper. And some of the colors are too dark or mottled.

Here's where I'm at with the box that wasn't mine. When I looked at everything closer, a lot of it was things that I ordered and a lot of it was things that I didn't order. And a whole lot of what I ordered was missing. I can't imagine what happened in packing this box but it was crazy. I started a conversation (that's so stupid) and the first reply said they would send me a UPS label and I could send that box back and they would fulfill my order again and if anything was sold out refund my money on those items. That was completely unacceptable to me. No way was I sending this box back with items that I ordered in it and risking not getting them again when they filled my order for the second time. They agreed to let me keep what was in the box that I did order. So I spent the morning going through it all and giving them detailed lists on what I received that I didn't order and would be returning. What I received that I did order and would be keeping. And a very long list of what I ordered and didn't get. There are 7 items that I ordered originally that now show sold out so I guess I won't be getting those. The most frustrating thing to me is that 3 of those items are stamp sets that I PREORDERED and now won't get. I thought her doing the stamps on a preorder this year was great and I was so glad to know I would be getting all the stamps. Until I wasn't getting them despite ordering them. lol One of the items I didn't get was the 10x8 paper pack so I can get the digital and print that. It won't be as good but at least it's an option. If they had to miss one of the paper packs, I'm glad it was that one and not the specialty papers that I couldn't duplicate digitally.
I guess I came out of it pretty good considering how screwed up it was but the whole experience has been really frustrating and time consuming to try and figure out what the heck they did. I wonder about the person who is looking for their tapestry, sweatshirt and t-shirt. Those are some big money items so you know someone else is mad. I have the box packed up and the return label they sent me printed but also kind of hacked that I have to drive to the UPS Store to return it. That's about 10 miles from me so a bit of a stretch but I have to go anyway for an Amazon return so I guess I will let that anger go. lol

I didn't open up and count like every piece of chipboard or whatever but the paper is there and I'm super happy with it. I'm very excited to work with these supplies this year. I guess I came out of it pretty good considering how screwed up it was but the whole experience has been really frustrating and time consuming to try and figure out what the heck they did. They usually keep a handful of things aside for when things arrived damaged or get lost. Hopefully they will make it all right. I would have been really bummed if I didn't get the specialty paper I ordered. |

Uuuughhh, yeah, you definitely did the right thing holding back the things that you did order. It cost you a lot of time but at least you know you have some of your order. Glad you got your specialty papers. Most companies do hold back a stock of extras to fulfill orders that got lost or damaged, but we all know Inked isn’t most companies. I would hope that they make it right for you, especially on the stamps. Very frustrating! |

My first thought was to wait a month and a half to send it. Just call it a “boxing period” in case they mess up any other orders that you may place lol That made me snort! I'm sorry TXMary and instantphoebe (and anyone else I missed). This is supposed to be fun and non aggravating. I hope you get your items replaced without any more snafu's. |

Hi all! I’m getting caught up in this thread…and in the excitement! I did some serious shopping over the last couple of days. I got quite a few of Kerri Bradford’s stamps and wanted to share this one that I saw (but didn’t buy) since it seemed like quite a few people liked the directions stamp in Ali’s release—the one that said “pull tab to see more photos”. This is a whole stamp set of directions. www.kerribradford.com/product/stamps-open-this/Since I was enabled I wanted to pay it forward and maybe enable someone else! I got some jumbo number sets and some of the earlier Christmas releases. I did get this year’s Holiday Headers plus a previous Roundabout Christmas set. I’m excited to get my goods! Now I need to make sure I actually use them! I’m also tempted by the Elif Sahin physical kit but haven’t pulled the trigger on that one yet. |
