I will usually eat one whole cookie.. no problemo.
Crumbl though.. I can only do about a 1/4.
Never been a 1/2 candy bar person either. It's all or nothing.. lol

In the past..... no. I am now. For two reasons. Portion control, because of needing to watch my sugar intake, because of borderline sugar levels. Portion control, because of menopause weight gain and weight fluctuation. Limits and moderation is required. A small bite or taste of something, is better than none at all. Same here. I'm getting the semaglutide shot and I have a horrible sugar/fat/food addiction. Before the shot I could devour a pack of PF Chesapeake cookies in an afternoon easily. I always wondered how others could be so fulfilled eating ONE cookie or serving, etc. The cravings are pretty much subdued. This shot makes me feel normal. I'm so thankful for this tool. Me too, I haven't even had a cookie or wanted one in weeks. I used to get a pack of 3 oatmeal raisin from the cafeteria as a dessert on work nights. Now I'm not even slightly tempted.

3 days?? more like 3 seconds for me. but my sister is kind of that way. she loves to leftovers and can savor a meal for days. she can probably make that cookie go two days but not three.

if I made the cookie, then no chance would 1 cookie last me 3 days. A commercially purchased cookie like one from Crumbl---those can sit around uneaten by me until they need to be thrown away. I find commercially made sweets/treats are often way too sweet for me, personally. Plus, I need to avoid items often found in them---certain sweeteners, artificial colors, as well as gelatin. Even when I make my own cookies, I always use less sugar than the recipe calls for. I also always make the cookies smaller. So given that they are the perfect sweetness for me, and they're smaller, I'm eating at least 2 in one sitting for sure.

if by "half a cookie" you mean half the box, or at least 3 or 4 in a sitting - then yes that is me cookies and pretty much most sweets are a huge weakness of mine I am however the person that can steal a couple fries off of dh's plate and be done with them. But I'm not a huge fan of french fries unless they are smothered in gravy

With American sweets (candies, chocolate and baked goods) yep, I'm half a cookie person. For me it's easy because most of the American sweets are just too sweet for my taste buds. Spending the first 6 years of my life in Germany spoiled me rotten for German chocolate, German baked goods, not to mention German candy (oh I love me some Gummi bears!) without the artificial coloring that is in so much American candy. I can't eat anything with artificial coloring in it or it'll trigger a migraine-so no Jolly Ranchers, no M&M's, pretty much no American candy. Some chocolate is okay, but it's super sweet to me.
When I go to Germany for a visit I come home with bags and bags of Gummi candy, little licorice cats, and chocolate bars. And while I'm there I have desert every day (oh my gosh their deserts!) with lots of baked goods. I walk a ton so I walk all of the calories off. It's a win-win situation.

Homemade cookies? I'd almost definitely eat a whole one. Store-bought, I'd probably pass altogether.
I'm that way about most sweets. I despise all the Little Debbie type things, grocery store shelf cookies, virtually every candy bar, and almost all seasonal candies/treats.
But a homemade cheesecake? Or a sliver of custard pie? Or a dessert with sea salt, caramel, and chocolate? That I would eat!

Yeah, that's me. I keep a caramello bar in the refrigerator and eat one square at a time, and I would eat half a cookie. Sugar makes me feel kind of gross, and I don't have a big sweet tooth. Now give me some cheese and I'll eat a pile of it. My thing just isn't sweets. This is my DD too. She can nurse along something sweet for a week but a giant party sized bag of chips would only last an hour, LOL. If that. 🤣

Depends. If it’s my main meal, eg lunch, then the whole BIG cookie. If not, then I can nibble at it over a couple of days. We don’t usually have cookies in the house. I’m usually picking up one of those huge ones when I stop to get a coffee as a pick me up.

I am a bit of a sugar addict. I can pass by a cookie with no problem but if I eat one I will eat the whole sleeve. This.
