Only the best... Gets better!!
Habba, who once claimed that she would rather be pretty because "I can fake being smart," was promptly buried in social media mockery for her slip of the tongue.

Merchan has found TFG in contempt of court.. fining him $1000 for each count if violating the gag order. TFG has been ordered to take down each post that is in violation. He has also been warned he could face incarceration if he continues to violate the gag order.

What we've not talk about. We must remember that TFG is out on bail, specifically in Georgia .. and the Fed ones too.. One of the conditions of receiving bail is that the person does NOT commit another crime... And TFG has.. Former federal prosecutor and legal analyst Glenn Kirschner warned that if Judge Juan Merchan decides Donald Trump violated his gag order, it could have knock-on consequences in all of his criminal cases. Speaking to MSNBC on Monday, Kirschner said the conditions of Trump's bail in every indictment he faces are that he will not commit any other crimes. www.rawstory.com/trump-gag-order-consequences/

I gather he has about 45 mins for his team to remove the offending social media posts - if they don't he will be in further violation.

$9,000 is nothing to him. He will continue to violate the gag order unless he thinks he's really at risk of being put in jail www.nytimes.com/2024/04/30/nyregion/merchan-trump-contempt-gag-order.htmlThe judge overseeing Donald J. Trump’s criminal case in Manhattan held him in contempt on Tuesday, fining the former president $9,000 for repeatedly violating a gag order and warning that he could go to to jail if he continued to attack witnesses and jurors.
“The court will not tolerate continued willful violations of its lawful orders,” the judge, Juan M. Merchan, said — an ominous warning to open the third week of Mr. Trump’s trial. He added that although he was “keenly aware of, and protective of, defendant’s First Amendment rights,” he would jail Mr. Trump “if necessary and appropriate.”
The judge’s crackdown injected instant tension into the day’s proceedings before three new witnesses took the stand in the first criminal trial of an American president.
Already, prosecutors have alerted the judge to four new potential violations. Those were not covered by Justice Merchan’s Tuesday order and will be discussed at another hearing on Thursday morning.

TFG is having issues with his lawyer and... The gag order etc . During a hearing Thursday over claims Donald Trump again defied a gag order issued by the judge in his hush money trial, the former president's lead lawyer agreed with Judge Juan Merchan — and that appeared to infuriate his client. "The entire area has been set up the way it has been set up so that your client, who is a candidate for president," can exercise his political speech rights. x.com/kylegriffin1/status/1786041724378218571x.com/TylerMcBrien/status/1786032423156740295

Sarah Matthews suggests that family, surrogates, friends and aides, likely to show up. She pointed to Trump's son Eric, who became the first family member to sit with his dad in the trial when he accompanied him this week. He and other family members will likely begin to appear in the coming weeks, along with other political supporters — such as ally Boris Epshteyn and Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who also attended this week.www.rawstory.com/trump-family-trial-support/Merge

That is just a lie. The end of Hope Hicks testimony.. From the transcript "Did he say anything about the timing of the news reporting regarding---" the transcript shows Hicks was asked regarding the purported hush money payment. "Yes," she replied. "He wanted to know how it was playing, and just my thoughts and opinion about this story versus having the story -- a different kind of story before the campaign had Michael not made the payment." There has been a lot of focus on the first part of her comments, but that last line, Goodman points out, confirms that Trump knew about Cohen paying the money. www.rawstory.com/

After being talked about during TFG's ongoing NYC trial, Karen McDougal posted shade.. McDougal, who typically posts about Jesus or sports on her X account, has not posted about Trump in at least the last year, according to a review by Raw Story. However, that changed on Saturday. In a simple post with a one-word caption, McDougal said a lot. x.com/karenmcdougal98/status/1786892387094343884

Interesting.... The former prosecutor argued Trump attorney Emil Bove made a critical mistake during his cross examination of McConney the elder. "Bove, in an apparent slip, managed to elicit testimony—from McConney—that the payments to [Michael] Cohen were 'reimbursement,' even though they reflected payments to Cohen for legal services," Vance wrote. "That’s partway there." www.rawstory.com/trump-trial-witness-tweet/
