Merchan has found TFG in contempt of court.. fining him $1000 for each count if violating the gag order. TFG has been ordered to take down each post that is in violation. He has also been warned he could face incarceration if he continues to violate the gag order.

What we've not talk about. We must remember that TFG is out on bail, specifically in Georgia .. and the Fed ones too.. One of the conditions of receiving bail is that the person does NOT commit another crime... And TFG has.. Former federal prosecutor and legal analyst Glenn Kirschner warned that if Judge Juan Merchan decides Donald Trump violated his gag order, it could have knock-on consequences in all of his criminal cases. From the transcript "Did he say anything about the timing of the news reporting regarding---" the transcript shows Hicks was asked regarding the purported hush money payment. "Yes," she replied. "He wanted to know how it was playing, and just my thoughts and opinion about this story versus having the story -- a different kind of story before the campaign had Michael not made the payment."
