A few weeks after I recovered from my rattlesnake bite we saw this friend in the yard. Still a little scary even though we know he’s a good friend.

teacherlisa - I love that your daughter-in-law played along with your scrapping! Great photos of the king snake but I don't blame you for being a bit apprehensive

Hallelujah, I have completed two double page spreads for my Project Life! That's double what I did last year hahaha! This year I am using the Storyteller 2018 pocket pages, stacked pocket cards, papers, and elements, by Just Jaimee for my Project Life.

More from me... minigolf by BreetheFlea, on Flickr I'm not sure this one crosses off any challenges, but I was happy I saved that score card, and was able to find it to put on the layout Tackling/organizing the memorabilia pile is on the to-do list... Papers are from Echo Park and Doodlebug. Golf club sticker is Simple Stories (Game Night... Family Game Night... whatever line has the game stuff in it.) bumperboats by BreetheFlea, on Flickr I thought there was a challenge to use a starburst or sunburst, or some kind of burst, on the list but now I can't find it on the spreadsheet. The red paper is from Little Yellow Bicycle and the rest are October Afternoon (Midway.)

I need to come back and comment Valentine cards - I used a printable and coloured with Ohuhu markers, embossed the white, the background is old Basic Grey Then I finished up DD17's Senior Girl Scout album (8x8 - covers 9th/10th grade) Journalling here pulls out from behind the picture - they're headed to the airport for their flight to Minnesota I really like the torn paper on that beautiful sunset photo layout.

Thank you breethefleaI really like the red dot paper that perfectly matches the toadstools in the photos! S/I-15 Burst into the New Year - use fireworks or starburst embellishments or paper - I think is the challenge you were looking for - that yellow paper is just right imo

I thought there was a challenge to use a starburst or sunburst, or some kind of burst, on the list but now I can't find it on the spreadsheet. It's part of Recipe #3 - Use a sun or sun rays to signify a new dawn. You can claim a point for every item in the recipe, even if you don't use all of the items.

gramma there is love on Flickr. So many amazing pages! Heading back to Flickr to finish leaving love for yours, AussieMeg and breetheflea... teacherlisa I love that you are creating and sharing your pages with us. What a cool idea to have your ddil fill in the Currently card for her page. Fun photo, too. Eeeyew to the snakes. As a child, I used to pick up garden snakes around the yard, but although we have no venomous varieties here, they still make me nervous, and I don't see myself taking photos of them! Love the way you took the pink colour of the drink for your background for Tucson pic's. Your October pages are filled with interesting pic's and great journaling--what a wonderful record. That Lego card is really cute, Linda, and perfect for your dh. I love how you popped up the little circles so the squares look so much like the blocks.

teacherlisa, your photos of the cacti and other desert plants are amazing. Love all the different page shapes and designs. Linda, those geneology pages do not look SIMPLE. So much research has gone into these. Great details and wonderful photos in your dd's guide album. Am I seeing a little more 3-D look to some of these pages? Love the cover too.

teacherlisa - love the desert museum photos - they bring back memories - that was one my favourite places when I lived in Tucson. I love all the different cactus embellishments! grammadee - thank you - yes, lots of research but very simply scrapped. And maybe a little popdot here and a layered die cut there for the Girl Scout album I got two more layouts done last night - might have done more but I spent way too long trying - and failing - to make an eagle embellishment. I have a lovely Jolees Eagle on its way now - thank you Ebay. These are both from the big kids album - January 2022 Scrapbook Generation Car and Driver - a simplified scraplift of an inspiration layout on SG Squad An old collection kit - no idea what brand - and a simplified SketchSavvy sketch
