I loved the first two kits and bought them both. Nothing since then has remotely enticed me, not even the butterflies.
I was able to play with the watch kit and watch those videos but I didn’t notice that add ons were necessary to finish the cards. I started some home renovations right after I got the kits so I have not watched the videos for the first daisy kit yet. But most of the examples used add ons so I guess I’m not really surprised.

But most of the examples used add ons so I guess I’m not really surprised. That's the part that makes me annoyed that the "instructional" videos are considered part of the purchase/value. They're advertisements for buying even more product. Not only that but you can't even preview the material to see if it's good quality content and pacing, and being hosted internally there's no guarantee those videos won't disappear as soon as it's not convenient for TSM to be hosting them anymore. |

TSM costumer service is great. For some reason I couldn't change my status to pause and my cc was charged. Sent them an email and less than an hour a refund was issued with a very nice email.

I had an issue with a mis-shipment a few years ago and they fixed it right away - I was hoping that their customer service for the card kit was equally as good. I'm going to put my kits on pause next month and am a little concerned about this issue, too. I was thinking about emailing them to cancel instead, but I'd prefer to pause for now just in case. |

My experiences with the kits: I subscribed to June, skipped July, subscribed to August (arrived yesterday) and am skipping September. I’ve had an easy time switching back and forth from active to inactive on her site.

I am trying to semi-freeze and wait on my C&C Septmeber box.
Both the kits this time are amazing!!!!! I love the uniqueness of their dies and designs! Their florals are fantastic!

I really like both kits. I did email customer service for the size of the Nature's Frame card base. If that is true A2 size, I may cave but if it's a mini card, I'm probably out.
I just shelled out a pretty penny using their event coupon code so I really do not need to order these kits!

I wonder if they're pausing because the next kits would be November and December and it will be too busy with the holiday season? Amy doesn't seem like the type to hire temporary staff so maybe she wants to make sure she's not too overwhelmed at that time of year? Plus didn't she say she was still working on Christmas designs? Maybe she had a few months of the kits designed but needs time to plan more.
Who knows, just speculating.

Taking a break for the holiday season makes sense. Especially if she is running behind.
On the FB group there was a comment about October kit not being Halloween and Amy said that the card kits will never follow/include holiday themes. So maybe she didn't think it would sell well.

I can see that - expectations may be for November or December to be holiday-related. I think it's smart of her not to do holiday themes for her card kits, better to leave them all-purpose. |

I really wanted to pick up that June kit, but I already have all the cardstock and sequins so I'd basically be paying $35 for the die set and $35 for the stamps.
