Xh still hasn't paid the taxes he was ordered to pay as part of our settlement. He made a payment plan with the IRS back in September according to him and made one payment. For me to set up a payment plan (to pay a debt I shouldn't have to) it was going to cost $225...so I filled out the paperwork and filed for contempt of court against him.
Our court date is the end of June. When I told him he either paid or I was filing, he said he's pay yhe day before the court date.
Whatever, hopefully it's paid by the end of June

You go girl! My ex just took me back to court to revise his child support. I was expecting it because our one DD just turned 21 so it has to be re-calculated for our DD 18.
Funny thing: I'm the only one who has coughed up my financials. Go figure.

In the final decree, the judge ordered him to pay them as a way to even our assets and debts. |

I am sure that reality has hit him with his girlfriend and everything he hoped things would be with her are not. He's just trying to make you feel like he is most likely feeling. You stayed in the house, have your kids respect you, and are doing just fine. Was it easy? Hell no, but you do what you have to get through it. I hope in five years he is just a distant memory and the girlfriend is dealing with a cheating spouse/boyfriend. She gets what she deserves.

Get over your need for revenge and let him get on with his life, you have been able to get on with yours thanks to him. He gave you the world while you were married and worked his ass off so you and the kids could live the lifestyle you wanted to. You mistreated him and took advantage of him every chance you got and now you want to keep doing so.
Make sure when you go crying to John about what a bitch I am, you let him know what a bitch you are [/i] This was after I bought him out of the house that he raises the price on me at the last minute and I had to scramble to get approval. He owed me some of the money and i went after him for it. |
