I didn’t know they were self inspecting. All the more reason to realize what anyone with half a brain that they need inspections by outside inspectors. This let’s remove regulations and get rid of inspections for planes snd trains since it’s gone so well snd while we are at it the FDA, EPA and I can’t remember what else. But yes they have the best interest of the public not the corporations that just want to make as much money as possible. Let’s get rid of the CDC to what could possibly happen I mean they have made a lot of mistakes but imagine what it would be like without them. Then of course the ridiculous notion of getting rid of the IRS and just adding insane tariffs on foreign goods. I just can’t understand anyone thinking these are good ideas. That's the whole premise of the Republican Party starting with Reagan - deregulation and trickle down economics.
