TFG is saying this will make the fake cases go away. They aren’t actually Biden’s but couldn’t Biden now do something? That he couldn’t do before as part of his presidential actions? I can’t picture Biden sinking to that level but he could do something? There has to be something he couldn’t do without immunity but that isn’t that morally wrong. Just thinking out loud. Couldn’t he push the courts to hear the cases sooner?
