I guess this is about week 6 of Operation Eat Healthier for me.
As I keep telling DH and he keeps not listening, I am not counting calories or food tracking. Just making better choices and eating less (and am not starving or ravenously hungry which is weird for me) and I'm down about 9-10 pounds.
We were out of town last weekend and had to eat out a few times, and eat food selected by my mother-in-law (pizza, frozen lasagna...) but I didn't gain anything so that's good.
I should add more exercising in now that school is out for the summer. I went on a walk yesterday, but need to do more.
ETA: I should mention, except for expelling children from my body, I have never lost weight no matter how much I track my eating and exercise, so finding something that works for me is all the thumbs up. I also have back issues, so most of my exercise is walking.

I did well this past week, including a long weekend in Vegas. Even though it was 110 we got our 10k steps in in the morning and swam some in the pool. I did barre twice this week and did 2 or 3 runs. I’m in the bikini count down to Spain in six weeks…

Ok, I did one of Caolone Girvan's workouts from YouTube based on a recommended. At first, I didn't think I'd like it due to her accent, but she only talks at the beginning. The rest is music (that was good for me) and visual. She doesn't count down or tey to interact at all except with motions ans facial expressions.
I think I'm going to start her Iron series on Monday and see how it goes. My only issue is that I do narre class on Mondays and yoga Tues/Thurs. I don't want to give them up, but I also don't want to over do it
