Sadly, I'm concerned this will unleash much more violence. I think it could happen. But I also think its possible Trump is going to have a big bump in his numbers with this happening. Which is a big mark in favor of it being staged. |

I have heard in the past that while guns are encouraged in malls, movie theaters schools and other venues, they are not allowed in his rallies. thanks. Hypocritical, but can you imagine the gun battle that could have occurred if people started shooting back? Especially the types of people who attend these rallies, thinking they’re going to save their leader. Yes, the saner among us have the same concerns about our malls and movie theaters, if people start shooting back. |

Im sorry…….I don’t know how it could be staged. The shooter is reported dead, along with one bystander. Several more are injured.
Hate him or love him…….having these situations at ANY event is sick and NEVER OK. Our country needs to find a common ground. We need a hero……..

I have never seen people act like that when shots are fired. Hell, one lady in the front never stopped filming.
I don't give a rats ass what others think about what my first thought was when I heard he was shot. I would have had the same reaction if Hitler had been shot.

Why didn't they get him the hell off the stage? How did they know the threat was over? I can't believe they didn't get him into the car immediately. Exactly. Why wasn’t he fully covered by agents going down the steps? A female agent took the time to bend down and pick up his cap, from what was shown here, leaving the top half of him fully exposed to a further attack. Why weren’t the crowd on the ground if they believed there to have been shots fired? That’s what you are told to do, isn’t it? The agents follow a very specific pattern in all incidents. Presumably to remove all evidence, which would include his hat, since at the time, he may have been shot in his head. He was not moved until it was declared that it was safe to do so. |

As much as I despise tRump, and wish that he would drop off the face of the earth, this is the last thing I wanted to see happen. His followers are already batshit crazy, this is just the kind of thing that will galvanise them into action. Violent action. I am worried about what's going to happen next.

My first thought was that it was staged, because no one, not even a sick fuck like T, recovers quickly enough after being shot at to do a fist pump. You better be sure the shooter is dead—dead men tell no tales. And sadly, the casualty in the stands is just collateral damage in the service of T.

Look, I hate Trump. I think he's horrible, despicable, vile, scum of the earth and a waste of skin and bone. I hope to God he's not reelected because I shudder to think what it will do to this country and our citizens.
That being said I think this talk of it being a hoax or staged is very dangerous and something I expect from the Republicans, not the Democrats.
That's horrible and despicable as Trump is I don't think r a second think this was staged. First of all he is way too cowardly. Second of all even as evil as he is I don't believe he would potentially cause harm to his followers.
I wish this talk of it being staged or hoax would stop, it's just going to fuel people's righteous indignation.
Democrats need to focus on making sure that everybody knows how dangerous Trump is, how dangerous 2025 is, and how important it is for people to rally behind our candidate and f****** vote Joe Biden/Vote Blue.
