Should I re-share the DD photos so far in this thread? I quit posting them (but saved them) because I wasn't sure where to drop them, and well, that was more of a decision that I wanted to make over the weekend.

I don’t love how the Liz Tamanaha looks the same as last year’s.

That paper is from two years ago, I think? Loved that pattern so much I bought the cup and art journal last year.

Anyway, HOORAY FOR THIS THREAD! So glad to see this up and running again. I hardly ever memory keep these days, but a December Daily is special. Let the enabling commence!

I love Liz's collections but yeah. They are beating a dead horse again in the name of consistency.

SAME. 

So far, I'm disappointed in everything. The scale is too big. The papers are kind of awful. Colors are dark, I generally like mustard yellow but not in a Christmas collection. The push for 10x8. And Liz's kit, man, what a bummer. I usually don't buy the main, Liz is more my style. But this is too similar to a few years ago. Pretty sure I still have most or all of that floral paper left. And the glitter stars are hideous. Bah humbug.

Yes! Thank you for not making me feel bad about this. Sometimes I have time and sometimes I have money. I certainly don't have money right now with the dang house reno constantly costing more and more and more but I have even less time.

I'm going to do the prep day and buy the classes (even though last year they were pretty awful). Out of the 25 or so lessons, I got enough out of it to make it worthwhile. And I thoroughly enjoyed watching a video every day while eating lunch in my office.

Yay!!👏🏻👏🏻 I just love when the new version of this thread appears again every year! I’m not sure yet how I feel about this years’ DD sneaks. I definitely feel like a lot of Ali’s stuff the last few years is bigger than what I like to use in my 6x8 albums. I’m just excited to be seeing sneaks, and thinking about what I might want to use this year!🥰🎄

I was just on AE site and there was a sneak of more things - probably from the main kit on the main page as part of an ask to sign up for December daily news. I went ahead and signed up even though I thought I probably already would get the things… then I got another image of the album sneaks! And 10% coupon for my next purchase. The albums appear to be another floral in that Liz design with dark background that we were debating if it’s different. It does look different to me- but also very similar so that’s an interesting choice. Looks like 6x8. There is also a red album with wonky gold stars kind of medium sized. I’d say 6x8 for that too. Then I think the 8x10 album is white background with green trees- reminded me of the print of one of the papers that was sneaked. I liked the tree album best but I’m safe from the albums- which is good as I don’t need one. If an album was going to be in that hohoho colorful print o was buying one anyway! Sorry I can’t insert a pic - I’m sure someone will!
