Oh geez. I was up at 3:00 a.m. today. I better set the alarm on my phone for my son's appointment TOMORROW on Thursday.

Lisa got her package in the mail first because she lives closer to the warehouse. So while Ali had seen everything digitally in the design phase, I don't think she had seen the physical product of some of the items before.

She said she had also designed them this time last year so for some of the products, it had been a long time.

Did anyone else pick up some DD products from Elle’s Studio today? I love the candy striped labels, big red alpha, word strips 😍

 I did!  I just ordered the large red tile alphas (2), word strips (I will use these and older ones and not order any from Ali this year), Holiday Frame chipboard, Presents and Trees chipboard (love doing a present page), Die cut pack - That stack of books is adorable, and puffy hearts and stars.  All stuff I know I will use to support stories and can easily mix in with the Ali E haul I will order next week.  

ETA - my plan tomorrow/this weekend after Ali posts her preview tomorrow is to go through ALL of my DD stash, organize, create a donate pile and figure out what I want to use to complement the new collection as well as what I already have and don't need new.  I wanted to go ahead and account for the Elle's stuff in my planning

I don't think Heidi releases her Christmas offerings until November or so, does she? She's always quite late when it comes to Holidays, although she did give a sneak peek of some Halloween papers earlier this week.

I can't imagine how expensive it will be.  That was my first thought.

Now that I think about it, if you bought the bundle, you would likely need 2-3 albums to use it all.  I know some people do that, but I am not one of them!

I wouldn't be surprised if internationals ordered this to share or for the next few years. I would like to know if there's a discount too. I don't think there was the first time AE did a "buy all" option.

I went through my DD stash today. I’ll have a stack of stickers to offer as RAOK soon - mix of Ali stuff and some FYC, if anyone is interested. I have duplicates of several things, which I can’t remember the origins of, I’m guessing grab bags of some other kind or blind thing.

I’m relieved that #1 - Ali’s collection is right up my alley this year, and #2 - that so many of the other companies that used to make me swoon won’t be around to temp and torment me (FYC, Felicity Jane, Paper Person).

I’m pretty sure I’ll be getting Ali’s main kit, and 2-3 shop items.

With Elle’s Studio I’m contemplating the frames and calendar and paper pack. I do not need more paper, but I really really want the tag page they made a reel for. 😫 I had originally had the chipboard red foil sticker numbers in my cart (I didn’t loooove the red foil, but Elle’s chipboard is the best), but after going through my stash I decided I really don’t need any more number sets at all (although I’m still considering Ali’s felt, but also I don’t have any that are fabric/felt).

This will be my big purchase this year, I have hardly bought anything this year other than some furniture pieces for my scrapbook room. I gave my husband fair warning last night of the huge expense coming on Tuesday. This is my favorite project of the year.
