My parents and later just my mama always paid long past any need to do so. I do the same with my boys. My husband and I nearly always pick up the tab even though all four boys are out of the house and completely independent (three married and two with children). We are able to and it just feels like another way to love on them for me. I've been thinking about this, and yes. This is what I feel as well, though I didn't realize it until you pointed it out. For me, it is just a way to show I love them and enjoy being around them. |

Do you pay for your adult children or do they pay? I pay. I physically can't not pay. They make better money than me. I still pay. |
