I use Amazon Pharmacy. I was skeptical at first but I LOVE it. I tried it after my insurance started denying deliveries through CVS.
For prescriptions that I need asap, I use Target

CVS is the cheapest for RX so we go there.
The rest, I get wherever I happen to be: Walmart or Target, generally.

The pharmacy staff at my local CVS is awesome! They are always so helpful and the pharmacist is an excellent shot-giver. Unfortunately i have to deal with Express Scripts for my insulin pump/CGM stuff. As long as I have refills everything goes smoothly, but if you have any variation in what you need, forget it. It is a two week delay.

We are Tricare users and live near a base clinic so all scripts are filled on base. Only ever have trouble with DH's Trulicity. It's not always available, on base or off.

I did have most of my prescriptions at Meijer (Midwestern Walmart) because that's where I grocery shop but my insurance recently stopped covering their pharmacy so everything is being moved over to CVS. CVS is the only pharmacy in town that I haven't had issues with fulfilling my Ozempic prescription.
