We shop at CVS (about 2 miles away) for Rx and have for years. Our OTC drug store items we get at Target.
A friend gave us a gift card for a Walgreens (about a mile away) and we went to the store today to redeem the $50 card. Both of us were surprised at the price difference in OTC items. Walgreens was much higher.
DH likes an independent pharmacy nearby. I tried it, but they don't notify me when a Rx is ready and it is 99% impossible to get a phone call in. I did like that I was supporting a local business, but I like to consolidate my driving time and it was/is annoying as H--- to go and the Rx not be ready. After about 3 times of that, I went back to CVS. CVS sends an automated phone call to tell me when the Rx is ready and I usually have 3 days to pick it up. The CVS does automatic refill (as do most pharmacies these days).
This morning DH and I were talking. He dislikes Walgreens also. We both trace it back to an experience in Houston at a Walgreens. It was across the street from my mother's nursing home. I went over to get something and the shelf price was about $2 less that what it rang up. That bad taste has lasted for more than 25 years. I realize that is unreasonable as one bad employee there (who did not enter the pricing) should not taint all the other stores and employees.

Due to my insurance I have to get my prescriptions at CVS and I hate it. I used to do a mailing service and it was awesome. Every time I try to set up the mailing service CVS offers I get stuck in an endless loop and it never goes through.
I get my OTC medications at Target and almost always buy generic.

I get my prescriptions from CVS. It is convenient. I rarely buy anything else from CVS. Walmart and Target are much cheaper for OTC stuff.

I have the Kroger's Savings Club card and it saves me on prescriptions. I only run my Mounjaro through insurance.

I have one script through mail order called Optum. That is the one my health insurance uses. It is cheaper there than other places. I do my thyroid script at Walmart Market as its cheaper there than anywhere I have found. I know a lot of people hate Walmart, but with the Waolmart's in my area, they have curbside pickup for scripts so you don't have to go into the store. They have messages either through text or email (your choice) to remind you of refills and when your script is ready.
I hate Walgreens for various reasons throughout my life.
I have never been in a CVS. We didn't get them here until a few years ago and with covid, I didn't venture out much since I was primary care giver for my mother and didn't want to take her any germs. I don't shop in drugstore type stores as they are way more expensive than Walmart or Target.

I have to use mail order CVS/Optum and I hate it. For my Rx that need to be picked up, I use Walgreen's. I have been using Walgreens since I was a kid, because we could walk to it, and when I lived in IL/IA there was always one close by.
In PA the one I used was awful, which was a first, so I switched to a RiteAid that I could walk to. I figured if I was going to have crappy service I might as well not have a long drive. But that RA was great.
When I moved to GA all the RiteAids for the most part were switched to Walgreens. I use them because I do not want to wait in the lines at Publix or Kroger, and I've always preferred Walgreens over Osco/CVS. If I didn't have to use mail order I'd never use CVS at all.

We've always used the pharmacy at the grocery store where I shop regularly. I've always liked the pharmacists there, and also the clerks. I get vaccines there also.

We are with Kaiser and they just mail any prescriptions to us. For any other drug store type item I would get it at a regular grocery store or Amazon. I don’t ever use drug stores like Walgreens, etc for anything.

There’s a CVS at the end of my street. It’s very convenient and the pharmacy went above and beyond when my husband was very ill. They took great care of him.

My company requires all maintenance medications be shipped via our mail order pharmacy. If it’s a one time prescription there is a pharmacy at my doctors office. Both are very convenient for me.

Walgreens at present for years, because they were open 24 hours. I could pick up before 7:00am on my way to work or very late/,over night. Different Walgreens now, still driveup, easy for someone to pickup on way to me or free ship 5-10 days. All RXs due at same time. Rx for sickness again easy for someone to pickup.

Since I can not do more than 2, I will list them:
CVS for Epi-Pens, dd's compound liquid med, dh's Flonase, dh med, any time we need antibiotics.
Costco for allergy meds (Sensimist Flonase, Zyrtec, Claritin), Benadryl, Tylenol, Nexium, vitamins, Motrin.
Home Health Pharmacy for dd's IgG vials and supplies as well as ds' medical formula.
University Medical Center for specific compound meds or liquid versions of pills for ds as needed.

My health insurance to supplement Medicare is with Kaiser. I had been signed up with Kaiser through my job when I changed companies in the 90s and was very happy with them. I liked having all services in the same building or at least very close by. It reminded me of the way the Mayo Clinic was run during my son’s cancer treatment. I like that I can email my doctor with questions and have my prescriptions mailed to me. I even get a text reminder when a medication is able to be refilled. In California, there were certain strong pain meds that they could not mail and I had to get those in person and show my ID. But here in Oregon, I was very surprised that they will mail out all my meds, even the powerful pain meds. I do appreciate not having to go pick them up every 28 days but I admit to being a little scared that they might get stolen. If they do, it won’t be from my porch because my dog lets me know when anyone steps foot on the property. He is a very diligent little watch dog and I know something has been delivered, whether mail service or Amazon, so I retrieve it immediately.
For anything nonprescription, I typically order through Costco and get delivered with my grocery order via Instacart. If I am not due for a grocery order, I order from Amazon. I did use the local Walgreens that is very close to the house a few times but my preference is Costco for the bigger bottles of nonprescription drugs.

Due to my insurance I have to get my prescriptions at CVS and I hate it Every few years they change things and we can go to Costco again, but I hate CVS and only go because we get forced to based on insurance. My favorite experience was when DH had 3 prescriptions to fill before cataract surgery. One drop he had to put in his eyes prior to surgery. They notified us they were ready, yes all 3, and when I went to get them the one that he needed that night wasn't available. I asked them to give me all three prescriptions back so I could get them filled together. The clerk wandered around, fiddled through some things and found the missing item. I'm 99% sure she took it from another customer's completed order. They are always telling me and the kids that we aren't covered dependents whenever we get a new prescription. I go to Target and/or Costco for other drug store items.

Costco for Ibuprofen
Albertsons/Save-On for RX and Sudafed.
We really don’t take much else.

Local independent pharmacy for prescriptions (the pharmacist is just amazing - I will never leave him); and then whoever for various non-prescription pharmacy needs.

Our town has Walmart and 3 independent pharmacies. None of the chains are here. The independent pharmacies are wonderful. The one I go to has almost an all female staff. All the pharmacists are women. I think there is one guy who works there as an aide. We get great service. I dread the day when the owner retires, but hopefully it will continue on.

We prefer to use an independent local pharmacy, and do use them most of the time.
However, if someone is sick, and we need something filled right then, and it's a time when the local pharmacy is closed as well as any pharmacy that might be present at the medical facility, then we go with CVS, because the closest city to us has a 24 hour CVS.

I use CVS/Caremark through my insurance for mail order of maintenance meds and in-store CVS (which I HATE in our area) for one-off prescriptions. We have the rudest CVS staff at both locations in our area. I know they are probably overworked and underpaid. My dh has Walgreens for his mail order through his Medicare plan and can use CVS for his one-off as well.
Regular over the counter stuff/household comes from Target on-line mail order. I usually receive it in two days and have never had a problem.
I try to avoid going into stores for anything!

We have three chain pharmacies here: CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid. They are all equally horrible. Terrible customer service, very long wait times, and extremely high prices. I only have one rx medication and I get that through the mail, anything I need OTC I get at Walmart, Sams or Costco.

I recently was prescribed generic Celebrex. Even with insurance it was going to be over $100 at the drugstore a physician friend of ours said try Mark Cuban‘s Cost Plus pharmacy I got my prescription filled for around $15 for a two month supply. I always try there first before I get a prescription filled. They don’t have a large number of drugs but the ones they have are cheaper.

I get my skin care prescriptions from a local pharmacy. They have amazing communication. A person answers the phone. A guy delivers it directly to my house.
If I need an antibiotic or something short term I get it from my grocery store. It goes towards my rewards card. They text when they receive it and when it’s ready.

We get our prescriptions from Express Scripts. I hate them with the fire of 1,000 suns. But it’s the only way Tricare will pay for maintenance prescription medications unless you have a base nearby. We have seriously considered driving to Grand Forks, ND. It’s about an 8 hour trip, but it just may be worth it.

I get mine through Kaiser. I just placed an order yesterday and received an email this morning that they are on their way. I haven't had to pick up at the Kaiser facility for the past few years.

Most of our meds we get at Walgreens. It's a convenient location and I like the app for refilling (most of the time). Last spring I had issues getting DS16's dexmethylphenidate and they were able to look in their computer to see which locations could fill it (which meant I didn't have to call all over town).
Some of the boys' acne creams had to be ordered from out of state pharmacies because they had the best prices. I didn't always like that, mostly because it seemed like they had to be ordered around the time we were going to be out of town and I didn't want them sitting around waiting for us.
