Given that Altenew's Cozy Comfort retreat next month is fall/Thanksgiving themed this year (last year was more winter/Christmas), I fear that their SSS collab will be Christmas. Or florals. But I'd love for it to be something else entirely....

Nothing for me. Personally so far it has been kind of disappointing. There are very few sets I would even take for free.

Once again it’s a pass for me. The Pretty Pink Posh set used as stickers to seal envelopes is a nice idea but……..it would have been even better if they had done 8 smaller stamps in a variety of themes. Christmas, birthday, fall, all purpose, etc. something I could have gotten a lot of use from.

Oooooo thanks! I didn't catch that one yet! I agree, it is pricey and I was a bit bummed about not having sentiment dies. But I don't actually have a big floral image, just "a" flower stamp sets so I figured this was my big treat lol. |

Concord & 9th today. Another floral with two different die sets. It's one of their "two-step" stamps. If it weren't very, VERY similar to a set from a recent release that I bought with my summer camp discount, I might go for this one. But it is....
On the plus side, there's a Jennifer McGuire video on today's set and her ideas are quite likely to work with what I have as well!

One thing I appreciate about JM is that she uses new product releases in relation to something else - like time saving hacks, or a new way to colour die cuts, or whatever other technique she comes up with. There's always something to learn, rather than just looking at the pretty new products (which is also valid, not knocking those designers' videos, either). |

Colorado Craft Co (artistic) and Whimsy Stamps (Halloween) ...both very sweet but nothing is a must have for me with these two. Although I really like the easel in one of the examples as well as the wall picture frame and can't see either of those in the stamp set, which is too bad.

Well I forgot to check again, but Colorado Craft is not really my style. I think the Halloween Boos is cute, but I don't need anything Halloween at this time.

I keep waiting for altenew and tim holtz. Last year Tim Holtz was on the last day of the month so probably the same again this year.
So far all I've got from Stamptember is the lawn fawn set.

I love following the releases even though I'm not buying at present. I'm fascinated by what sells out right away and what doesn't. I clearly do not have the pulse on the average buyer!!

I am still looking forward to Altenew and Tim Holtz, and am interested to see what Simple Stories has, since they don't usually seem to have dies and this one does. Also Trinity Stamps sometimes is a little different in a good way. ETA, Mama Elephant is a little hit or miss for me, but I still want to see what they come up with. |
