I keep skipping over photos to scrap because they're not exciting. I have decided to try and scrap the rest of my 2024 photos in order, except for when I'm doing a sketch or challenge. We'll see how long it lasts, before I get sick of scrapping dog walk photos and eating out photos!

AussieMeg - but you take and scrap the BEST dog and eating out photos! 2 layouts with November 2012 photos - because I also skip over photos that aren't fun and exciting, lol, and now I'm filling in those gaps.

Carrots by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr Chill Out by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr Two from yesterday. The carrots layout will have a companion page which is DS (4) eating the carrots... I either need to find the photo or print a new copy. I swear I already scrapped that one but must have imagined it

Thank you for hosting again today mom. I made good use of my old Deluxe Designs colourblocking templates to get some holiday layouts done from 2014 Today's layouts from the crop This one is a 3-page layout

I put a few letters into my Xyron incorrectly, so these are missing a few letters (they've been fixed now), but I am going to use these on a page with Olympic torches on display at the Lake Placid Olympic Museum. Also included are the inside of the highway signs die cuts that I referenced previously for ideas of what to put in them.

The November {Not} Just For Boys kits are so fun! I used the Limitless Kit and the Essentials Kit for this layout.

12th Birthday by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr Uninspired birthday layout, so many birthdays in our house... I broke that border punch while making this layout. French Club by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr This one isn't as dark in person, it's gloomy and gray outside... I dug the button out recently and took a photo and posted it on Facebook to see if my friend remembered this day, but all she did was like the post and didn't comment... Since I had taken the effort to take the picture I decided it was time to finally document this story from 1992. Kids these days have no idea

Read by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr Really old layout of DS sitting in a box on the living room couch reading a book. Games by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr Part of our 2024 vacation (still have 5 or 6 pages to go.) Pinata by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr DS (15) 8th birthday. Nice to finally cross that one off the list. Little People by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr Going all the way back to 2014 with this one... DS (11) still plays with those toys I feel like I'm taking over the entire thread, but have been getting some pages done in the last few days...

So many cool pages and cards here! I will come back to comment--I promise! Here are the cards from the card making marathon in my dining room yesterday. We started with card kits. I ended up with eight cards from each kit, but today I can find only 15 cards. Know I counted them yesterday... POINTS: Sixteen A-2 cards (160), created (16) and shared (15).P-7 cut apart card fronts. Total: 192

Then I got to play with some TE layered stencils I purchased last year but did not even open until this year. This set lets you ink in 3 different card fronts at a time, so going through the 4 stencils twice got me six card fronts! TE layered stencil cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Then I played with some penguins I had stamped earlier. Did some TH oxide ink "skies", and added some other embossed and diecut pieces to put together some some scenes. These little guys are addictive--especially since I coloured them with sharpies LOL--and I may be making some more later. Spellbinder penguin cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr Today, I put together a dozen quick cards using the positives and negatives from the big Spellbinders snowflake die, plus some embossed panels and bits and bobs from my stash Twenty-three 5x7 cards (345). Created & shared (39). C/M-16 CARDtober colour combo's, T-1 Splattered ink sky, Th-12 cozy scrarves. Total: 387.

One more set of cards this morning. Inspired by one of Jolene Horvey's cards in her free class last month, and scrapnnana 's question about dimensional flowers. Poinsettia cards by Gramma Dee, on Flickr These will obviously need to be hand delivered or tucked into a gift package. No way they would survive that post office mangling machine!
POINTS: six 5xy cards (120), created & shared (12). Challenge from another site. Total: 133.

beachy Thank you! I actually decided to redo them because I used my Cricut to write the small titles. One is missing here because I misjudged how far down to place it, but it's a simple fix and I need to use my Cricut to write some other stuff, so it'll be fixed when I use it again. I am also debating whether or not I want to fill in the leaves with more little cut pieces. Thoughts, peas? (The middle will have a picture of me and DH and a title on top and subtitle under the photo.)

Starting back on page 6 where I left off commenting... Ouch, indeed for that broken arm, Linda ! Glad you got some photos taken and the story scrapped. I love the roller rink page with the cute roller skates: was this the offending rink where her arm was broken? Your dd's creativity must be much like her mother's: love that her artwork had pride of place on the school wall. The map and geotags are perfect for your geocaching page. I always love seeing your everyday activities on your pages, and the movies & munchies is one of my fav's. I think that cat back massage might be really effective as long as the claws didn't engage LOL. So cool that you found exactly the right colour to back your dd's tenth grade photo. And, as always, your kitty pages are entertaining. I'll bet the family loves looking at them and remembering all their antics. Love the torn inked edges of the journaling spot--and the panda--on the Panda Express page. Love how you used the school colours on the CAVAN page. And what an accomplishment for her! So cool that you got to scrap Christmas 2012! So many details of your feasts and festivities! Love the scaceship page, showing its construction and decorated with all the colourful spaceships. One of my favourite pages is with the pic's of you two dressed in purple in front of that decorated tree: you look sensational and I love the ornaments in the background pp. breetheflea , AussieMeg , scrappyrabbit , beachy , there is love on Flickr. I plan to go over to Flickr in a bit to leave love for your cards, joblackford . On to page 7... I did a double take, Linda, when I saw your dd with a cast on her arm, and I giggled when I read that she had made this one out of paper in sympathy for a classmate. Gotta be careful of foreshadowing LOL. Great scouting photos, and congrats to your dh! And your Christmas pages continue to be fun and each decorated with the perfect little touch. My fav here has that yummy cake on it... Oh, and the gnomes on the pj page, of course! Your New Years' feast looks gorgeous against that dark starry background. I love the LEGO block strips, and that you are tearing some edges. rymeswithpurple , I love your creative ways to use your supplies and tools. How cool to use the insides of those frames for the signs. And I am terrible with making choices. I love BOTH borders--the leaves and the filmstrip/signs. craftymom101 , you always do such a marvelous job with those kits! I LOVE the layering on the M&E page, and I really need to print a couple of your pages out to study how you place those enamel dots--love what you do with them.

Five cards from yesterday. This first is from a SCT Crop & Create event last Christmas. I loved constructing the 3-D focals so much, I used TWO on this birthday card for my son in law: easel bd by Gramma Dee, on Flickr For these two, I typed the remainder of the greeting on the inside of the card. For my soon to be 11 yer old dgs, the inside reads "Quit growing up so FAST!" For my soon to be 76 year old brother, the inside reads "Got enough in the tank for another year?" December bd's by Gramma Dee, on Flickr And two more penguin cards. This Spellbinders stamp & die set is so much fun! Five 5x7 cards (75), created & shared (10). P-12 old products, W/T-11 pre-made greetings, Th-6 car. Total: 88.

I got my first Christmas gift ready to mail today - a digiscrap desk calendar I make every year for a friend in the UK with Paislee Press templates doing most of the work for me. I just have fun choosing quirky and seasonal photos for her. Nov share by jo.blackford, on Flickr And the card to go with it. (One of a giant pile I've made and not shared yet!) We both grew up in NZ and she spent many midsummer Christmases sailing, so she'll appreciate the vibe even if she's spending this solstice in Dublin or Yorkshire. This is from Paper Rose Summer Holiday. Nov share by jo.blackford, on Flickr

Back to picking brains! DH thinks the memorable meals, days, and sites seen signs are too...meh...for lack of a better word. He likes the tolls paid, miles driven, steps, temps, and photos taken ones. I may just do one more and have 3 on each side... which leaves me with one more needed. Help? Thanks!

Before winter and Christmas completely take over my life, I HAD to get my Halloween pic's scrapped. A little bitter sweet for me, as the boys in these photos are aged 9 to 12, so ya never know if this will be the LAST BIG HURRAH! Photos from here, I took myself, but I am super thankful to the daughters in law who shared their kiddo's adventures. Between yesterday and today, I have three two page LO's completed, mostly with the Echo Park collection I picked up at the LSS during our October crop: POINTS: six 12x12 pages (120), created & shared (12). Twenty photos scrapped for the Donna challenge (20). S/I-2 pumpkin, S/I-10 bats, C/M-2 Halloween colours, Th-2 halloween. Total: 156.

Sharing a few pages. This first one is fun because I busted some of those super old baby word stickers. I had already scrapped these two photos (the smaller ones I trimmed down), but I didn't like the finished layout. I liked the layout but the colors didn't vibe. So I swapped the photos for different photos and I like the original layout so much better, and I re-scrapped these photos. I don't tend to re-do my work, but it was actually a really quick and easy fix. Anyway, here is the layout. I also combined two sketchtember sketches for inspiration of this layout. Here are some colorful birthday and encouragement cards, mostly for donation to Cards for Cubs this spring. These use a Jess Crafts template that's a great way to use bold patterned papers you want to enjoy. The sentiments are from the MFT converse set and the birthday die I impulse purchased at the same time, which I love!
