DS and I went and saw Superman yesterday. I was going to post in the movie thread and search isn't pulling it up. did it disappear?

the short version? I enjoyed it, DS did not. After seeing the previews, DH and I have decided we won't go see it. We're purists  and hate what they've done to the franchise. But I'm glad you enjoyed it. |

But I'm glad you enjoyed it. Is in from the Donner version with Christopher Reeve? Or he newer ones with Henry Cavill? Because this one is SO much closer to the Reeve version than the Snyder films. |

cadoodlebug, can you elaborate on this. Trying to decide if I want to see it. We're not into the Marvel Comics and those types of movies so once we see big monsters going after Superman, it just isn't our thing. I loved Christopher Reeve and Henry Cavill but the new guy just doesn't appeal to me. I'm sure many people will love it. |
