Yes I know everyone loves these threads and honestly I am at my wits end. I have suffered with anxiety and depression for years (back story). So anyway I was having severe motion sickness, headaches and anxiety that would not go away. We played around with the medicine I was already on as he thought all of my problems were anxiety driven. The dizziness( motion sickness) did get better but it's still there just not as severe. I was at a stop light and my son was bouncing his leg to the music and it Made my vehicle move and I started getting dizzy. It's not constant as it was before I went to the doctor so I can say it did improve. My anxiety has improved.
My headaches have become worse. The moment my eyes open in the morning my head starts hurting. My eyes look tired like I've been crying for days and I feel better when I lock myself in a darker room. It drains me honestly. I'm always tired and sleepy and feel like I have mono. I've had all types of blood work done and medication adjustments but I'm not dizzy free or headache free. I don't know what else to do. I don't wear glasses and my last physical I had 20:20 vision and I don't feel my eyes are straining but I'm grasping at straws trying to figure out what's wrong with me. I have another appointment in a week and a half so I am going to the dr, for those that might fuss at me. I'm just looking for new ideas or something that could possibly help.
Eta dizziness has been going on for over a year, the headaches for roughly 4 months
Eta again I'm 37

Inner ear problems? Allergies? Whatever it is I hope it gets figured out and you get better soon!

I would have the doctor look into allergies, migraines, and vertigo. Even without a headache you can still have migraines and a lot of your symptoms are inline with migraines.

You might want to go to an eye doctor and have your eyes checked, even though you showed 20/20 at your doctors office. Problems with the eyes can cause dizziness, sickness, headache and tired looking eyes. Have you tried taking an allergy med to see if that helps? Allergies also cause some of those symptoms. I would try allergy meds first and then move on to rule out other things if that does not work.

My first thoughts were (and I know you ruled some of them out):
-inner ear problems
-migraines
-vertigo
-eye strain
But what about (and I'm sorry to even have to think it):
-cyst or tumor in your head, near the optic nerve
-could any of the meds you take have these side effects?
-is it something you are eating consistently? You may have an allergy to something you eat. And hear me out. If you are allergic to item A, it may cause a headache as the allergic reaction. Or nausea, which you mistook for motion sickness. But then you may have secondary symptoms stemming from the allergic reaction. Prolonged nausea and headaches could cause exhaustion and your eyes to look tired.
Do you have any days that you don't feel like this? What do you do different on those days? Is it possible (please take this the right way, I don't mean to offend) that you are so used to waking up, feeling crappy, that you feel crappy because you expect to?
Oh, just thought, could it be environmental? Do you have candles/Glade plugins/ air fresheners in your home or car that could cause a negative reaction? In the past year, have any new factories or production plants moved into your neighborhood?
I hope you feel better and find the cause of this.

Did they check your thyroid? Ask what your TSH was.

I am not a doctor, but I really think at this point if they haven't given you an MRI, they probably should, especially if you've never really been a headache sufferer and they just started four months ago. Hope you find an answer.

Ugh, I definitely know how you feel! 7 months of dizziness without a real explanation (and other similar symptoms).
You definitely can have migraines without pain, which could explain the dizziness. Also get a thorough eye exam with an ophthalmologist (a neuro ophthalmologist would be especially helpful). It could be eye strain of some sort. At a physical they may have you as 20/20, but having a complete exam could show floaters or some sort of condition.
Track all your food and I would even suggest giving up caffeine and alcohol if you didn't already. Giving up the caffeine was extremely helpful for me. Also, I drink a ton (about 50-60 ounces) of water per day. That has made a very big difference.
I hope you feel better. The only thing that has given me any relief is acupuncture every 1-2 weeks. I know not everyone is open to trying it, but it has been quite helpful for me. My migraines have diminished and the dizziness is much less severe.

I had similar issues two years ago. After being in and out of the ER and dr Appts multiple times a week, they did a CT scan that showed my sphenoid sinuses completely dull. There was also a "suspicious mass" in my right inner ear that earned me a MRI.
It took 8 rounds of antibiotics to clear the sinus infection. A sphenoid infection is very rare, but hard to detect without a scan. Do you get headaches on the top of your head? That was my only symptom. I didn't feel congested.
And the the mass was benign, but they left it in. Whenever I get sinus congestion, I have vertigo. I spent 18 months in physical therapy to rewire my brain to fix the vertigo. It was a long road to healing and it took some major specialists at Walter Reed to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. But I'm 90% better now and it made a huge difference to know I wasn't crazy and there really was something wrong.
