I wax the upper lip when needed (probably not as often as I should, but it's light and fine) and I have one stupid wiry chin hair that I pluck. I know that little b@$+@#% is there because I can FEEL it. When I start rubbing that spot and feel something, I start trying to grab it and get it out. Sometimes it takes a few days for it to get long enough to grab. Hate it!
ETA - I have a friend who has PCOS - I really don't know why she DOESN'T shave. Sometimes she is almost a bearded lady. And hers is dark and very noticeable. I have never said anything to her because I don't know if she is sensitive about it. But it looks really bad!

I have developed a problem with hair along my jaw line. I did shave and that was a mistake. I then tried the store bought creams and such like Nair. That was also a bad idea for me; it burned. So I went to waxing and it is working great. The hairs are finer & fewer now. I go every 3 weeks.
I may at some point get those suckers zapped via electrolysis.
ETA that yes, you can notice the hair at some point between appointments. It doesn't embarrass me. It's a medical condition. It's no more embarrassing than being diabetic, or having blood pressure issues, or any other health problem. If people want to look down on me due to my chin hair issues, that's on them.

I just shave my chin/jawline daily- I have PCOS and am peri-menopausal so there's a bit more than tweezing can handle Sadly this is me as well. It's horrible and I'm afraid one day I'm going to be in a coma and I'll be the bearded lady. I've tried everything including laser and nothing works. A coworker was in a coma for 3 months. I visited......and her chin hairs got very long and no one did anything. I came home and asked my sisters to pluck mine if I ever was in such a shape. I have 3 along my chin/jaw line. I pluck them as needed.
