I have to admit that I watch Rachael Ray's show pretty much all the time ... but I can't decide if I like her One minute she seems really cool and the next she seems so fake I'll continue to watch because she has great guests and I loooooove it when she has Nate Berkus on (yup, I have a thing for gay men ) How do you feel about her?

I haven't watched her talk show, but I used to really enjoy her cooking show. No hate here.

Not my favorite. I gave away all my RR cookbooks because none of her recipes were all that good. I kept all my Barefoot Contessa and my Giada so I know it's not just me being pathetic in the kitchen I find her talk show really kind of brash and loud, but I am so much a quiet, NPR kind of girl so I am not the target audience.

I don't really like her. DH definitely thinks she's annoying. I think it's that whole E-V-O-O thing. for the love of pete just say Olive Oil. I think she had her moment around the time Oprah was still on t.v. on the positive side, I do like her line of ceramic serving bowls with the cut out handles. they are sturdy and don't chip easily.

Hearing her talk makes me nuts. I haven't been able to get past the assault on my ears long enough to pay attention to whether I like her or not. I'm sure she's a lovely woman...on mute.

We found some great recipes in her magazine, ones that we still repeat.

I am with moveablefeast . I tried a few of her recipes and they were terrible so I got rid of her cookbook I was given. I also find her kind of annoying, so I don't watch her show. I also don't like Giada that much, she smiles with too much toothiness (LOL is that a word?) but I LOVE her recipes. They are all so good! I generally don't watch the single cook shows (like Giada, Barefoot Contessa, etc) but I do love the Pioneer Woman & all the competition shows.

I like Rachael Ray. I have tried some of her recipes. I like some and didn't like others. The ones I did like I still use today. I really love her Oil containers. I got a set of them and they not only look nice but they work great. I would love to get some of her serving bowls and pans but they have ugly reds and oranges and we are not the red and orange people. One of these years she will have white or other colors. I like her oval pans with the off set handles. I need to get me a couple of them.
As far as her show. I like it if she has guests that I like. I used to record them but I found myself deleting them more times then watching them.

I have mixed feelings. Her voice is irritating at times, and her meals are so-so.

We used to watch her once in a while, but lost interest. I caught her cooking show just the other day, however, and she was making five dishes for freezing for dinners for a week. I guess she goes out on the weekends. LOL. A couple of them looked interesting, but not enough for me to really pay attention or write them down/look them up. I'd rather watch the competition shows. If I need or want a new recipe, I have lots of cookbooks and the internet.

I don't care for her. A local news reporter was once supposed to interview her because she was in the area. Something got messed up with the scheduling and they weren't able to do the interview. I don't remember specifics but the reporter wrote in her blog that Rachael Ray was a different and not so nice person when the cameras weren't on her.

I can hear it on in the background in the locker room at the gym. What bugs me is all the applause. It's like they're cued to clap after every other sentence Rachael utters. That drives me crazy...

Watched her 30 minute meals every chance I got...until she held up a turkey dish she claimed cooked in 30 minutes and exclaimed YUMMM-O!!! The turkey was still pink and very RAW...that was the last time I watched her, flipped thru her magazine, or even considered a cookbook.

I used to love her magazine! I like her because she went to Lake George High School, and we vacation in LG every Summer. Sometimes I get the impression though, that she's trying a little too hard to be "cool". That was my take anyway years ago when I would watch her. Its honestly been years since I've watched anything on day time TV. lol

Not a fan. Tried a few of her recipes from Food Network 30 minute meals and they were so bland. No flavor. One was down right gross.
He little cutesy words are annoying.
Give me Ina, Giada, Bobby, Ree, the new girl from Minnesota, and the farm grandma from New York and I am a happy foodie watcher.
I do miss Emril. Loved his show.

A pea on the old board said she had man hands. I find it hard to watch because of that.
And how many ways can you make a Sammie (I hate that word)

Can't stand her voice, didn't like any of the recipes I tried and the cutesy words drive me crazy. EVOO isn't a shortcut, it has one more syllable than just saying olive oil, stoup is just stupid and sammies... ugh, I hate that. And I also hate when she says that kids will like whatever she's making. Right and how many kids does she have? No way in Hell the kids in my life would eat some of the things she claims they'd like.

I used to like her waaaay back in the day when she had her $40/day travel show. I don't care for her anymore...I agree with the people who said she's trying too hard.

I really liked her in her early days at the Food Network. Now she just gets on my nerves. She talks too fast and the way she talks with her hands drives me crazy. The more famous she became the more annoying and obnoxious she became to me.

OMG, I used to LOVE her 40$ a day show! someone needs to bring that back! Her show now, I can give or take. I like when it's focused on cooking, or stuff she knows. I have tried a few of her recipes, and honestly they haven't been that good. On the positive side. I LOVE!!! LOVE!!! her cookware! it is THEE best. I swear by it. her spaghetti pan, is the best thing since spaghetti. HA!!
