Just random thoughts. EOS lip balm - I'm late to try this. I don't like it. It's big and awkward and doesn't really do anything for me. I am already sick of all of the minion memes on Facebook. Please make it stop! Your turn.  |

I don't get the whole EOS love either. It's hard to get product on my lips.
I hate opening packages of stuff it's like Fort Knox on the most simplest things.

I know it's a "Garage Sale" page, but isn't the correct word "sell" or "selling"? Is saling even a real word?
I know, i know. I'm old and out of touch. But for some reason the above drives me bonkers.

This drives me nuts too! The packages that you can't even cut through the thick plastic to get the item out.
I'll add to this one. Toys, especially dolls that have 11000 tiny elastics holding all the accessories in the package. Barbie with her hair sewn to the cardboard! Is there a rash of shoplifting on Barbie heads? LOL Drives me nuts each time DD gets one.

Half-and-half is hard to find. Why? Are the cows on strike or something? It's been a month. And seriously, 9.17 for a quart of heavy cream? Uh, I was only getting heavy cream because there is no half-and-half. Don't get me wrong, heavy cream tastes really good in coffee, but that's not the point. Never mind. I'll just put yucky dry coffeemate in my coffee until the cows go back to work.

The EOS lip balm's main ingredient is bees wax.. maybe that's a problem for you all. THat's not it for me, since burt's bees is my favorite lipbalm. The EOS is just not a convenient shape at all. And I don't like how any of them taste. |

Some random person called the house and asked for my husband. He was at work and told the person so. He then asked me if I knew of any houses for sale in my neighborhood. I said yes there are a few with signs up. Then he wanted to know if I knew of anybody who was going to sell but didn't have their house on the MLS yet. Said no. Weird. Apparently he really wants to live in our neighborhood. We are across from the middle school, but it's not like houses are selling that fast these days.

Every night when I go to bed I make sure that no part of my body hangs over the edge of the mattress. I feel like some hideous monster lurking under my bed will reach up and grab me if I do.
I refuse to buy the first product on a shelf or peg at a store. Instead I have to move the first item out of the way, grab one of the ones right behind it, and then put the first one back. The only exception is if there are only 2 products on the shelf/peg. When that happens, either item is up for grabs, regardless of if it's the one in front of the one in back.
When I get grossed out or disgusted, my big toe on my right side starts to physically ache. It's done this for as long as I can remember.

I like EOS lip balm  I can't get Netflix to play without crashing on my iPad mini... Internet connection is strong, I rebooted (is that what it's called?) my iPad, switched to the lowest streaming setting... Doesn't help... Sometimes it'll crash right after I press play, other times it'll play and I think it's fixed but then it crashes later on... Ugh... Oh, and I still have no idea how to sync my iPhone, iPad, or iPod shuffle to my Mac/iTunes... I get stumped on the first question where you're supposed to choose if you want to lose everything and replace or move from the phone or however it's worded... Don't understand the question at all, and reading the Apple help info doesn't even sort of make sense to me... Frustrating and embarrassing - crazy, but it's the one task that can bring me to tears... Double ugh... |

I won the mom prize for a few short minutes yesterday. Dd needs some clothes for an upcoming trip. We have no time to shop together. I stopped in the store for a quick run through yesterday and grabbed some things that might work. Frankly I didn't think she would like any of it. Usually I get a thanks with an eye roll for doing such a horrible job of choosing clothes for her. But she likedost o the stuff! We were both surprised.
Note to self: check the labels next time! 3 items need to lie flat. I didn't think that one out very well!

Its Friday.
The next 2 weeks are 4 day weeks. then I have a week off. YAY.
I get a night a lone tomorrow as DH is going out .
Things are starting to be in our favour right now. I'm trying not to get to excited but things are looking up.

I tried one because a friend recommended it, but I don't like the shape, the smell or the taste. I gave the one I bought to my dd and she now has them in 11 different flavors. |
