I have tried everything. I even did a preview and it looked right. I went to one of my posts and it's not showing up like it does in the preview. Grrrrrrrrrr What am I doing wrong???

I am having problems too - I wanted to put my pea in my signature but I can't get it to show up either. I can't even get the image into my signature at all.

I saved my photo into Photobucket, then cut and pasted the Direct Link option into my signature. Hope that helps.

I also used photobucket but used the [ img ] before and after the image....that seemed to work.

Thanks everyone! Nicole and lovespaper, that's what I tried. I put the link in my siggy box and did a preview. The photo showed up in the preview, so I told it to save changes. Then, when I would post, it would only show part of the link that I had entered. I would go back to the profile to look at the link and part of it was then missing! I don't know why it would be there in the preview, then part of it disappear once I saved the changes??? Guess I'll try again and see what happens. Oh, Auntkelly~ I can't see yours.  |

It's still not working. I left it there so you can see what it is doing The link was correct and the photo showed up when I saved it, but when I posted this, the link is now messed up. |

Okay so I uploaded my own image of the pea from my 2peas profile and uploaded to photo bucket. When I clicked on the image in photo bucket, four different links are shown to "share this photo". I copied the last one that starts with [URL I pasted that link in the signature box and wow it worked! Try that and see if it works for you!  ***This makes your pic clickable....don't do it! KikiPea~ Mine is like yours. Can't get the image to show up in siggy. I think you pulled yours from the web address bar. You need to view the single image, and then over on the right, there are several links. Take the one that is listed as BBCode, or has IMG in brackets in the beginning. |

I put my little pea on photobucket. I then copied the direct link and pasted it into my signature box where you change your profile. Paste the link in between these 2 img brackets:
square bracket img square bracket and then square bracket slash img square bracket

do you have to use Photobucket? Can you use your computer? I think you have to have the image hosted online somewhere to put it in your signature, but you can add an attachment to use a photo from your computer in a post. |
