Where do you get the exercise cards she talks about? I registered for a free account, but didn't receive any kind of confirmation email. I was going to do the first workout, but it seems like you need to familiarize yourself with the exercises first, and I can't figure out how to do that. I see that you figured it out. But se did post a video yesterday on Facebook that said they were having some tech issues b/c so many people were on the page - I think she said 1.6 million on Monday! They are working on it. One workaround if anyone isn't getting the emails - videos are uploaded to you tube daily. Subscribe to her channel on you tube and you'll get an email from them each day when the new video is up. Or just search her name, click videos, and the newest one is on top.

I have two weeks of school left and the. I am committing to working out. Life is just too crazy right now and I know if I start now I won't commit. Can I begin the 90 days at any time? You can start anytime! I think it's good if you like the group support to try and do it with her - but if your schedule doesn't allow for it, you can start whenever. All of her challenges are on her site and on you tube.

I just signed up. My gym membership ended last week and I have done nothing significant in the last week. I need a change and hope to jump into this tomorrow. How long are most of the workouts?

I started yesterday and did the just the fit test. I did it after I had already done my usual exercise routine (mostly walking/step).
Is anyone else kind of sore today. Or maybe stiff? Or maybe I'm just getting old.
One day down, 89 to go.

melissa , yesterday's video was 22 minutes and today's is 20. After the fit test (which was only 16 minutes) she encouraged people to do an ab workout if they had energy so I'm sure you could customize it.

How long are most of the workouts? 20 minutes! My last 30 day challenge (which ended yesterday which is why I was looking for something new!) were up to 2 hours. So this feels like a walk in the park! LOL my plan is to do this + extra cardio or DVD workout each day.

I am soooooo stiff today! (I did day one yesterday) Me too. I couldn't bring myself to do day two, so I went for a long walk instead. Then I made the mistake of sitting for half an hour and now I'm even more stiff!

Then I made the mistake of sitting for half an hour and now I'm even more stiff! Walking is good! Keep moving - it helps! Don't forget to stretch (light stretches if you didn't just do exercise. You don't want to over-stretch cold muscles). Warm bath with epsom salts will help too!

Man, I'm sore. Lol. I tried my best and it was pretty pathetic. My 3 year old and 11 year old both wanted to do it with me, it was fun. I like that the videos are short and that she doesn't edit out when she gets tired and has to pause, etc. I will probably add in bike rides and walk/jogs and stuff like that, because 20 min seems a little short to me. I hope at some point I actually see results! I did take before pics for the first time ever, which I hated and will never show anybody ever! Lol

I was looking for a workout to do at home, and this one fits the bill perfectly. 2 questions for the group...Since I just did day 1, should I keep doing them in order, or would it be okay to now jump to day 5 so I can be on the same schedule as the group? I would really like for my rest day to be on Sunday too. And, how often do you think we'll be doing tricep dips? My wrists are not up to holding my weight for an extended period of time yet. Anyone know a modification I can do?

Did Day 2 last night. I'm glad to hear her say that the workouts get progressively harder because I breezed right though it. And squat thrusts are the devil!

Feel free to skip ahead and then if you feel great one day and have more time, go back and add one that you missed. That's my plan - 2 today and 2 tomorrow. for triceps, do you have a dumbbell? Or something maybe in the 10 pound range (or what you can use comfortably)? If so, sit in a chair and hold the weight up with both hands, above your head. Then lower it (towards the back of your head), bending only at your elbow, so you're working your triceps. Try to squeeze your triceps as you do it!

Just checking in to see how everyone is doing. I just did the fit test and attempted to do the next days' workout right after that, but my quads were shaking from the squats and lunges so I'm going to wait until later today and give it another go.

I just did 2/3 of Day I (of the first version/round) and I think my legs may fall off. I went upstairs to shower afterwards and could barely walk back down.

I can never stick with any kind of work out videos because the perfect, co-ordinated, completely composed hosts make me feel like an utter, blobby, failure. I like that she just seems like a normal woman.

I did day two and three today, plan on day four tomorrow and then double again on Saturday so I am all caught up.
what I like:
Her real ness is very refreshing. It makes me feel like I am working out with a friend. The interval aspect of her training that she includes a list of exercises each video
what I don't like:
Her stretching as I think it is too fast and I think there are better stretches than what she does but I try to do a yoga session before and I pause and do my own thing anyway
Her sales but I understand and just stretch or breath during those portions
and I really wish she would clearly state how long each session is (if she is doing that past day one I have missed it). It is a small point but my OCD wants to input the exact time into my tracker. Oh well this whole thing is challenging my mind. I successfully did not weigh myself this morning which is a first for me. I may have to have DH remove the scale from the bathroom but that isn't fair for him.

How's everybody doing? Allergies have been kicking my butt this week - I'm very congested and have been exhausted - so I've been taking it easy. But I started on the 'good' allergy drugs yesterday (the behind the counter ones, lol) so while still congested I have some ENERGY again! I did day 2 yesterday and day 3 and the muffin top madness ab workout today. Still need to do day 4 and 5 to catch up. I'm looking forward to harder workouts, which really just makes me feel that my last challenge was REALLY hard - that's the only reason I'm ok doing this one. My next paid challenge starts on 5/17, but those workouts are too much for me - I'm going to keep up with this one, and do as much as I can with that one.

I've been doing well with my diet (cutting out sugar and most grains) but I need to get some exercise in also.

I just finished five and six although I baled on those last mini burpees. I blame my yoga workout which was all planks and downward dogs so my arms are toast. I am still iffy on her but with the videos and this group I am sticking with it. I am sick and tired of not being in shape.

I was so sore after day 1 on Thurs that I couldn't make myself do a workout on Fri. But, I did do Day 2 today, and plan to just keep doing the workouts in order after all. I agree with pb's likes and dislikes, but I feel like I can over look the dislikes for a free workout series. LOL!

I initially assumed this was related to the Visalus program, since they are always making "challenges" and they don't "sell" anything, etc................. If this is legit, that's great. I have to get back into decent shape but I know what to do. I'm just waiting for the green light from my surgeons to be able to do it! Hope everybody succeeds and gets to their own personal goals!

LOL The lady who created the challenge sells food plans, and extra 'members only' workouts, but there's no obligation to buy. The challenge workouts are free on you tube daily.
