*KAS*: That's cool. As I said, if it's legit, it's cool. I'm just leary of the wording because of ALL the Visalus posts that are rammed down my throat daily. Good luck to you and to anyone doing this challenge!

Week two....
My Monday was crazy so i doubled up yesterday and today i am so sore. Thankfully yoga before BBM helped and i took a hot shower but now i am trying to figure out how i can go the rest of the day without sitting down.

I must be doing something wrong. After I did day 4 and 5 on Monday (I did both because I was behind) my hamstrings hurt like heck and I couldn't do another workout until today. Maybe I need to do some other stretches before or after the workout? Like a PP said, I don't especially care for her warmups and cool downs and think that there are probably better options. My floor is a bit slippery so maybe I was trying so hard not to slide so that caused it? Any tips or suggestions to avoid this happening in the future? I don't want my 90-day challenge to turn into a 120-day challenge.

I started today! Yay me!
1. I did day 1 and 2 2. I have zero arm strength 3. I am ridiculously out of shape 4. I lost my hand weights in the move. It was 3 years ago. See #3 5. I am going into town to buy some weights. 6. Thank The Lord nobody watched me do this!
