Rachmaninoff's "Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini", well known from the movie Somewhere in Time. We had a pianist play it .

The Presbyterian church that I was going to get married in did not allow the wedding march. But that was so long ago I can't remember what we were supposed to use

I used Trumpet Voluntary for the processional music and Handel's Water Music for the recessional.

I used Pachelbel Canon in D played by a violinist. This, only a piano accompaniment of a recording.

All I Ask of You from Phantom of the Opera
We walked out to the ending theme song of the Muppets, complete with a snarky comment from the old guys.

I walked to The Sheep May Safely Graze, one of the Brandenburg Concertos by Bach.
The recessional music was Water Music by Handel.

If I ever do it again I am going with Jimmy Buffett's Tin Cup Chalice. (eta: I should probably add that if I do it again, I will be barefoot on a beach somewhere. I did the church thing the first time, and if I do it again, it is going to be totally about me and what I want- sand, saltwater, barefoot, and sunset.)

We had the traditional Here come's the bride walking in but we left on Handel's Hallelujah chorus.
I thought were were going to walk out to the regular march but my sister and cousin's had other plans.
As we were pronounced man and wife a 20 person choir came out of the side rooms and started singing, along with the organ in the church.
It so made us laugh since my dh and I had been long distance dating for 6 years.

Mouret's Rondeau for the procession in, and I can't remember what we recessed to, our organist was so happy to play something other than the traditional stuff though!

Our DD had a string quartet playing the music for her wedding. Prior to her coming down the aisle they played Pachelbel Canon in D, then when she and her Dad started down the aisle they smoothly transitioned into Jeremiah Clarke's "Prince of Denmark's March" commonly known as "Trumpet Voluntary".
They were married in the lobby of a local historic hotel. The lobby is two stories high and the quartet was above them. It was truly an amazing sound when they played the "Trumpet Voluntary". I'll never forget that moment.

Pachebel's Canon in D here too. We (weirdly) had "The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba" as our recessional.

We had some weird traditional Japanese lute music. DH was escorted in with the husband of the "matchmaker" and I was escorted in by his wife to this music.
