Neither. I prefer the 60-70's in the spring and fall. I don't really mind cooler temps or hotter temps. What I hate is frigid cold (10 degrees Fahrenheit or lower, and I also despise when the humidity levels are so high that you can't feel the air moving around you. ) I don't really like the bitter cold of winter or the extreme hot/humid of summer, even though we don't get it as bad as the south. I prefer a good 70 degrees with a good breeze.

Heat. Always have.
Hate the cold. Gotten far worse as I've gone through life. Hate being cold. Hate shoveling. Hate driving in snow and sleet. Hate worrying about the damn fools in their Suvs who think the rules of physics don't apply to them. Hate having to be afraid getting out of my car because a parking lot or sidewalk looks icy. Hate watching snow come down and knowing hours of work lie ahead...in the cold that I hate, with the wind whipping snow and ice into my face, that it's going to take me hours to warm up again and by then we'll probably have to go back outside and start over again.
Cannot wait to move south.

I do better in cold weather. I can bundle up and I can do things to keep warm. But when it's hot there is nothing to do but lay there - you can only peel off so many clothes. Hot weather gives me headaches and I get overheated easily.
Quite honestly, because where I live we do have cold winters but it snows only 2 or 3 times, I really prefer being bundled up inside when the snow is coming down - it is so cozy to me as long as I don't have to go anyplace!

I prefer the heat of summer. Being in Iowa we get it all. I hate winter with a fierce burning passion. I can't stand being cold. I don't enjoy outdoor winter activities. We like to camp, boat with friends, hike and just generally spend a lot of time outside during summer.

Winter Woman here! I have hated to be hot all my life. Love to be snuggled under a blanket in winter. The only thing I really love about summer is fresh garden tomatoes.

HEAT!
It gets regularly gets down to -50F here in the winter, but only gets up to 100F-110F in the summer.
I can easily handle the 100F but NO WAY to the -50F!

Heat. Cannot stand cold, cold weather and my arthritis do not play well together. There is a reason we moved to SW Florida. I'm cold if it's below 60°F, so I'm a happy woman here. I wore long pants and closed toe shoes 1 day last winter -

I prefer cold. I'm in GA too so the 'cold' part is relative but I do most definitely prefer our winter cold over our summer heat and humidity. Yuck I hate being so hot and sweaty from the humidity. It's started already and I'm dreading it just getting worse and worse. And the humidity making my hair frizz just pisses me right off, well first the heat makes me grouchy then I get pissed about my frizzy hair. I get screwed most years though bec we have so much more hot weather than cold. I don't want to live where it snows all the time but I'd like a little more cold weather temps please.

I'm a summer girl. I'll take the heat over the cold any day. Many years ago, an older woman told me people should only get to complain about either the hot summer OR the cold winter. You couldn't have it both ways. For some reason, I've remembered that ever since. I decided then and there I'd complain about the cold and love the heat! That's funny.... When people complain about the heat, I say that I can't complain because I did that in the cold of winter! I like ice outdoor winter sports but otherwise could skip the cold, snowy weather. We've had a rough few winters. I never complain about the heat as long as I've got good sunscreen and a drink in my hand!

I am so thin I have a hard time maintaining my body heat so I'm cold most of the time. It is absolutely miserable. It's just been in the last week that I have been able to go without a tight fitting cami under my shirt and a sweater on top. Sometimes in the summer my DD has to ask me to turn the ac on because while I'm quite comfortable, my company can be sweltering.

I hate the heat, but summer is my favorite season because of all the fun things that happen.
I've posted about my love for (bordering on obsession with) summer many times.

I'm a heat of summer girl all the way. DH and I have already started the annual battle of the air conditioner. He wants it on now, I could easily hold out until mid July or later.

Heat of summer! I love everything about a hot summer day. I love that it's light out at 5:30am and stays light until after 9:00. To me, summer is perfect!
I am so sad when it's fall because that means my summer is over.

Definitely a heat of summer gal!
I really wished that I lived somewhere other than Indiana! I hate the winters here, and they last soooooooo long. I need sunshine in my life and the 5+ months of gray skies are enough to kill me.

I hate to sweat and therefore love winter and basically grit my teeth through the heat. I love all that summer means though, so that sort of helps me tolerate the heat. Sort of

Give me a Minnesota winter any day of the year. I love cold temperatures can't stand the heat at all. I grew up in South Texas so I have experienced it first hand and it's just not for me.

I am definitely a summer person. When it gets in the high 90s and humid (which we usually get at least for one spell in the summer here in the DC area) I'll probably complain a little bit, like when I get into my car after it's been parked in the Target parking lot, or something like that. But it's only mild complaining. Yes, I'm glad we have AC, but to be honest I complain about that if it gets too cold in the house. I'll be wearing a sweatshirt when everyone else is just in a teeshirt. lol. I absolutely HATE winter. Hate it with a passion. Snow. Ice. Snow and ice. Sleet. Freezing rain. Sometimes all of those in one day. Frozen slush. Slippery roads. Scraping ice off a car (we don't have a garage) with snow getting up my sleeves. Shoveling. Ugh. UGH! Summer... ahhhhhh.

My ideal time is 70 degrees. I hate the cold and heat because my body can't tolerate either one. I recently found out I have thyroid problems so I'm hoping my internal temp will balance out with my new meds.

For me, it's a the presence or absence of wind rather than the temps that make the difference to me. I exercise outdoors every day. Snowshoeing when it's 20 degrees and no wind is a lot different from snowshoeing in 20 degrees and a NW wind at 40.
Likewise, today when I hike, I already know it's going to be miserable. It's not even particularly warm--high 70s--but the dew point is in the 60s and there's no wind. Bleh!

Yep, definitely a Southern girl, so bring on the heat! I don't think I could live somewhere that it gets really cold. I would be such a wuss! I'd like to visit once, to play, but after a day or two, I would be done!

Cold for sure. I love snow and bundling up. I get heat stroke so easily and burn so fast even with sunscreen that I find myself hiding out in the AC in the summer months. I am out doors more in the fall and winter. Love being cozy and reading or watching tv in the winter. I hare dressing for the hot weather then being too cold in the AC. I always have wanted to move to Alaska : D my DH on the other hand would be happy in Texas.

That's an easy one for me. Give me the heat any day. I don't like a lot of humidity though but most of the time, when the heat goes up, the humidity goes down around here. We have the lake and pool to help cool off. The house has A/C so we sleep nicely at night. In the winter, when it gets cold, first of all, it is almost always windy. The cold wind cuts through me and I am miserable. It doesn't matter how many layers I have on. Also, I HATE having to wear a lot of thick clothes. They are too confining. I prefer shorts and t-shirts.

Cold. I can add clothes and blankets to stay warm. I can't take off as many as it takes to get rid of the bitchies that heat causes. I hate heat and humidity. Mmmm. Yea. Let's go breathe through a sponge today. That'll feel good. Nope. No thanks.

Another cold lover here. I hate high humidity and can't stand it. HAVE to have AC going full blast for the hot days of summer.
Now, give me a snow shovel and I'm in heaven!
