Okay, pretty sure I've lost my mind, but...... Could you imagine if a whole community was dedicated to those who loved scrapping just as much as you do? That every home would include a scraproom, with built-ins that could accommodate 12x12" albums. And plenty of supply storage. And your neighborhood would have a real sense of community, with everyone having a hobby in common. And there could even be an lss on premises, in the neighborhood. There could be neighborhood bbq's, and cropping afterward. Your neighborhood yard sales would be awesome, because you know that someone would want to buy your scrapping supplies that you just don't love enough anymore. Yup, I've lost my mind.

Sign me up as well. Just this morning I was thinking about how I missed hanging and scrapping with friends.

I would totally want to live there. Since we're dreaming, let's do it up right! It would have a HUGE centrally located community crop room that had die cut machines, paper cutters, computers, photo printer, etc. on site and it would have to have great lighting since it would be open 24 hours a day (you would need to use your key or a code to get in though to keep the riffraff out). It could have one of those grocery store conveyor belt things that some stores have so you could unload your car under a canopy onto the conveyor and it would roll all your stuff inside where you load it into a cart and wheel it to your (reserved?) table. It would have a full commercial kitchen that could be used for the crops but also could be used by the community for Christmas cookie exchanges, ice cream socials, birthday parties or other events. Every table (5-6' each) would have a nice rolling desk chair and one of those drink holder things to go with it and a big wastebasket. And free built in WiFi for all of our digi scrapping sisters. In addition to the scrapbook/stamp/paper craft store, there would also be a quilt shop and maybe a bead shop and yarn shop in the community too since many of us are bi-craftual.

You guys make me lol. Only people that can understand the SB enthusiasm would get this. Can you imagine the UPS, Fed-EX and mail person? They would be in our neighborhood every single day! We could accept packages for each other and run right over to deliver it when you got home, so you could open it together....

Ok, if we are adding to the dream, I would also like an on-site nanny and/or mother's helpers to keep an eye on the younger kids while we scrap. And a room close to the big scrapping community center filled with toys and stuff to occupy them all so that they like playing over there when the mom is scrapping.
And each house is self-cleaning, right?

Forget that, the crop room would have a built in DAYCARE center staffed with certified preschool teachers so the little ones can learn and play while we all scrap guilt free!

Put a major league baseball field down the street and me and DH are SO there!
I've already decided our exterior house color would be ... wait for it .... Basic Grey. And we would live on Project Life Lane.
The clubhouse would have weekly classes taught by Ali Edwards, Shimelle Laine, Teresa Collins, the former Garden Girls, etc.
The local cable would include a Scrapbooking 24/7 channel.

I'm in! I suppose we could be really nice and have a second workshop for the woodworking DHs. So they could build us craft cubbies and hot glue gun holders and shelves and other organizing goodies, of course!

You lot are great- I would live in this 'burb for sure. A couple of additions- we need a non-snarky tech expert who really gets us, obviously. The Crop Nightmare stories thread must be required reading and a bunch of code phrases gleaned from it to serve as warnings for any behaviour from us or our guests who might be getting out of hand and absolutely no competitive, ME ME MEAN girls allowed
