I love to try different types of card folds. Box cars are one of my favorites, I also love the folding screen cards. What is your favorite fold?

I'm so boring and just generally do A2 cards (both orientations) or square cards. This is a good reminder to step it up! I used to really like the old box card fold, haven't tried the new box card. But I'll occasionally do a gate fold or a diagonal accordion card. After years of not making cards or only making a couple a year, I now make several a month. I'm really liking fanning elements on the front of the cards or Inky Antics honeycomb inside or even popups (as long as they're simple).

Not only are the stamps cute but it is such a fun element to add!

I also like the easel cards, forgot to mention those above.

I guess I like a lot of different folds that others do, but I'm pretty lazy so I usually just do the standard fold Either direction

I'm boring and generally stick with A2 or slightly smaller and side fold. I prefer top fold, but they don't stand so well. I should probably get inspired and learn about different folds

I have made a couple of the pop up box cards. They were such a hit with the recipients. I find though that some of the more "flashy" folds you almost need to include instructions on how to open and close them properly! I just tried a pinwheel fold card and it's quite cute too but when it's all folded up you really have to look at where to open it from.

The joy fold card: tutorialWord of warning if you do that: one of the measurements is off. (Where it says you need TWO 2 3/4" x 4" pieces of cardstock or DSP, which are destined for Step 5, you really want them to be 2 3/4" x 3 3/4" because they're going on a 3x4 base.)
