I really miss having challenges to play along with so thought I should do something about it. Looking at the participation on the previous challenges here it seems like monthly is the way to go.
Would you be interested in playing along?
What sort of challenge/s would you like to see?

I'd love some sort of "use your stash" challenge where there's a recipe. Like use one of your oldest PPs, a product you just bought and an entire package of something on a layout. Or use this color combo as a starting point but you can't use anything newer than a year old. That sort of thing. That way its a challenge but also a stash buster. If that makes sense.

Me! I'll play! I sometimes get inspirations from challenges around the net but would love to plan along with the Refupeas! I'm also willing to help find inspiration if. you want any help!
ETA... I forgot to say that I like the use your stash challenge but would like it if we could also use our stash of techniques (ie. use your die cutter, faux stich or sew on a LO....maybe not so specific so it doesn't discourage anyone from participating!)

I love challenges. I prefer the /use your stashrecipe type like alissa103. I almost never use sketches so I don't like those. I have a suggestion as well, we could rotate who hosts the challeges every month, so one person doesn't feel overwhelmed. I would be happy to help out as I really miss the scrap your stash challenge that scrapnatya used to host ove at 2Peas and then Cocoa Daisy. |

I'll play ! I love the "use your stash" type challenges. Rotating hosts is also a good idea. If you do not feel too overwhelmed, you yourself can post the challenge, and have a guest host post a challenge in combination with yours. That way there are two challenges that we can choose from, or play both. A month should give us plenty of time to do at least one layout. Let us know if, or when, you plan on starting.  |

I like the idea, but still haven't mastered the ability to upload photos, so showing off my completed project might be difficult for me. If I can figure that out w/out needing someone from NASA to help me (or one of my sons), I'd like to give it a go!

I am technically challenged and sometime just the thought of figuring out this stuff makes me turn off the computer! LOL. I have actually never participated in a challenge but I would certainly try to play along...to the best of my rather poor abilities! |

I'd play along and even host a month. I love the idea of a month for the challenges. I really like the way scrapnatya set up hers where there are several prompts and you get to choose which ones or all of them. I also love the idea of including possible techniques as sometimes I just get in a hurry and don't take time to play enough.

I would love to. Of course I always want to but then life gets in the way. Maybe since it is summer I will actually get to play
I like having multiple challenges like maybe a sketch or color or theme but most importantly I need s use your stash challenge. Use mists, letter stickers, cork stickers, journaling spots, washi, project life cards, enamel dots, sequins, etc. I would also like to see technique challenges or use your die cutters, embossing folders, stamps etc.
I have a large stash and have a lot of dies, cartridges and carts, embossing folders, stamps that need to be used.
Maybe even a use only 6 by 6 paper pads in addition to the base.
Use old stash maybe a pad that you have never used or sine if the new goodies from Tuesday morning.

So it seems like there's plenty of interest which is exciting - there's nothing worse than playing alone! I appreciate the offers to co-host and I'm more than happy to rotate through hostesses.
Since we'll go monthly I think it makes sense to start on the 1st of each month - easier for every one to remember. So how about we start with a smaller challenge for June from mid month then kick in properly from July 1st?
From the comments so far the overwhelming winner is a stash challenge with a list of options (products/tools/techniques). I like the idea of doing a bonus challenge each month as well.
I'm sure things will change as we get into a groove, but look for the first challenges soon!

Well, I managed to get my layout completed today. I have sent my request to join the Flickr group and am just waiting for a response. I did well using my stash and following the rules. GO ME! LOL. I used all scraps (strips), I used a die to cut a half circle for the title, used the washi tape, ink, journal/PL card, something from my last purchase (best ever glue, so you can't really see it). Hopefully when the Flickr thing goes through I can figure out how it all works!
I posted this on the challenge board as well. I'll let y'all know when I can get an image up.
