My blocks are a stained mess and it drives me nuts. How do you get the ink off of them? I tried alcohol with no luck

I just clean them with whatever I would clean the stamp with. A baby wipe, water, soap and water, stamp cleaner just whatever is needed with that type of ink.
I mainly use just one block and after all these years mine is not stained. Now I do clean them when I get something on them, I don't want to leave it and get ink on the back of the next stamp. I also clean my stamp right away unless I am going to be using it multiple times in that stamping session.

Try alcohol on a cotton ball. Always works for me.

The solution to clean Staz-On has worked for me in the past. For normal stamping, I clean them with a baby wipe when I clean my stamps.

I've tried alcohol, I'll try Staz-On cleaner next, I just got some in from my last SU order I also heard hand sanitizer is helpful so if that doesn't work I'll try the sanitizer. Thanks guys!

Be careful with that. It's actually a microscopic scrubby substance-- you can wind up scratching the blocks.

Hand sanitizer is alcohol based so if straight alcohol doesn't work I don't know that the sanitizer would work any better. If you are talking wood blocks would bleach work?

Staz-On has always worked for me. Afterwards, I wash my blocks w/ soap & water to get the greasy Staz-On off. My blocks look good as new.

Definitely going to order some Stayz On. Either that or buy all new blocks
