This thread. Oh my. I am not interested in posting a photo either. I do have to say..... pudgygroundhog FTW. Perfect. I had tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. I also have to say that I think this is our first TRUE pea drama on the refupeas board. Lisa

This was taken on Christmas day last year. My husband bought MANY Hawaiin shirts when we were on holiday and is only allowed to wear them to family events, so he now wears one every Christmas. Attachments:![](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/thumbnailer/EpPdBt9Wk8GE7G6TapSL.JPG)

![](http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/07/04/790113217c20108ee36cdb19059cd2e8.jpg) . My friend was teaching me how to take selfies so my double chin doesn't show. I took this tonight backstage before my show. And when I say backstage I mean the alley with a tent that is serving as our dressing room. Ha.

Ok, I don't hate this photo, so here is a recent photo (about two weeks ago). Grand Portage, Mn (right on the Canadian border). We were camping and hiking all day---so my hair, well.... Attachments:![](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/thumbnailer/Ti8DAKUsHYZ74UhNkyyo.jpg)

<--- this is me. My dd says it looks just like me except my hair is curlier with blondish highlights.
Me too. Except as she got deeper, her medical details were simply not correct.

Thanks. I wasn't feeling it today to be honest. Like I said, I've been feeling pretty sick and today was the first day I felt okay, but I was in my pajamas until 1 and I got a text that my stylist would work me in at 1:45 (and I'm 30 minutes away) so I threw on a sundress, grabbed my sunglasses, and flew. No shower, no makeup. Thank goodness she had time to wash my hair too. There are really puffy and bloodshot eyes behind those glasses. I'm a Dove soap girl. I've never used any creams or cleansers other than Dove bar soap. I don't even moisturize and if I manage to wear makeup, I almost always go to bed with it on. I treat my skin pretty crappy but the super oily skin of my youth has finally paid off a little bit. Honest to God I just went to CVS and picked up a six pack of Dove beauty bars. Your skin is flawless.

Your skin is flawless. Thanks. I don't think so, but it is the one thing that I get a lot of compliments on. Believe it or not, my dad actually used Dove bar soap to shave with. He would cut it to fit into his shaving cup and then use a brush to work up a lather and then shave with a straight razor. I don't remember him using anything but Dove either - LOL.
DH actually had the audacity yesterday to suggest that we stop using bar soap because I complained about it causing a buildup on the shower walls (actually, my complaint was that he didn't help CLEAN the shower but he interpreted it as if we changed to all liquid soap the problem would go away and I would stop bitching).

If you click on the 'reply' button, rather than quick reply then click 'add attachment' and follow through, you can upload any image stored on your computer without linking to a host site. There's an easy way to upload from a mobile too. It must be easy because I've done it . . . . I just can't remember right now! Thank you so much, that was so easy. I often don't post pics when I want to because I can never remember how.

![](//storage.proboards.com/5645536/thumbnailer/w15lWVkAFDgmAr61feSc.jpg) Since I removed my other one, I just wanted to post this 4th of July picture of me and my son! He and his little family came home to Michigan from Montana for a vacation and this is us at the parade. You may remember me being 'scaredmomma' last fall when he had extensive open heart surgery. He is doing great now, and while in Michigan he interviewed for a job in a town about two hours away from 'home.' Fingers crossed that he gets it, as I would love nothing more for them to be within easy driving distance. I got to meet little Avery, who he is the '2nd daddy' to. I am smitten. She made me laugh and smile the entire week and as much as I bawl like a baby when Dan leaves, I did so tenfold because I hated to see her go. To watch the world alongside a toddler is incredible. To see your own child grown up with a family of his own grabs your heart beyond words. Dan's girlfriend (momma of baby girl) texted me "You have raised an amazing son. Thank you." With all we go through wondering if we 'did it right', that was the best thing I have ever been told.

The entire thing is those brown walls and all white furniture and decor. It's Behr paint but I forget what the color is.

I have really bad anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and feel like I can understand SP's desire to connect with people but also be terrified of revealing yourself... If that's what motivated her, I hope she gets to a better place... This is me and Penny... She gets me through the worst moments so if I've had a picture taken in the last five years, there's upwards of a 90% chance that she's in it with me... I joke about her being my therapy, and a friend who saw this picture made a joke about a CATscan so this picture makes me smile more than it makes me nervous... ![](http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/07/01/19a61b6b4d6fb99f9ad7c6d4763f2fea.jpg) This is what I used to look like, back in 2009... I was in my early 30's and lived in Finland for a couple months... This picture was at a museum in Rovaniemi, and the girl in the illustration in from a children's book... ![](http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/07/01/58362531ce91d69b64e9f53d39c0a7d5.jpg) What pretty eyes you have, penny!

I absolutely HATE having my photo taken, I don't know how to smile and I usually end up making a goofy face. My youngest son is getting married in September and my husband says we need to start now trying to teach me to pose. This was taken over the holiday weekend.
