So after the glamour shot thread it got me thinking. I don't do make up. Unless it's a rare special occasion.
Sometimes my mom will give me an eyeliner and mascara cause I have have really light eyelashes and bright eyes and she wants to see my bright blue eyes. But I'm super allergic or sensitive to make up . I don't mind doing it. I even had two big family events last weekend and the though crossed my mind since it was family I hadn't seen in a long time but it was too hot and I didn't have time to mess with it and I lost my nerve and patience. If you don't wear a lot of make up is there just basics that you wear? Especially if you have senstive skin or eyes? I'm not an eyeliner fan.Mostly just something under my eyes as they get dark when O2 is really low or I'm really pale? Do you have ones you just use for touch up just easy things, you can apply?

My bare basics are powder (usually the bare minerals ready pressed mineral veil) and a mascara (I also have very light lashes; my favorite mascara has been discontinued by Mary Kay but I also like Clinique's naturally glossy).
Personally, I think eyeliner is a really stark look to go with if you never wear makeup and if that's going to be ALL you put on. Then again, I'm not very good at applying it. Usually, I will just wear neutral shadows. Urban Decay's naked basics would be a good palette for that (and if you buy an eyeliner brush, you can use dark shadow as a liner). My neutrals right now are clinique's nude rose (lid) and french vanilla (highlight); clinique is supposed to be hypoallergenic.
Almay is also supposed to be hypoallergenic: they have some trios that are meant to go together based on your eye color.

Most days I wear just mascara and eyebrow makeup. Sometimes if I want to look a little more done, I'll add a CC cream and sheer gel blush, or just a little loose powder to get rid of the shine. If I'm REALLY getting duded up I'll put on shadow and liner but that's probably only 5 times a year.
I'd like to go to a pro to have him/her show me how to do a little more polished yet still natural look, but the last "makeover" I had scarred me for life, LOL.

Since I started working from home, my routine got super simple. Tinted moisturizer, a little powder, a bit of eyeliner, and a dab of blush. I do fill in my eyebrows because they are so sparse. If they were fuller, I would skip that.

I'm home most of the time too but it would be nice when we go out or for other occasions.

When I've attempted to fill them in the past, I feel like I look like Ernie from Sesame Street, minus the unibrow part instead of looking amazing with dark eyebrows like Brooke Shields.

My everyday at home basics are: face wash, exfoliator, moisturizer, Chapstick and sunscreen.
I don't really wear makeup at home. Just basic skincare routine. But I am a bit old school and will not leave my house without doing my face. Starting with evening out my skin tone, blush, lip gloss, eyes...the works. Depending on my look and activity will determine the intensity of my makeup application. But I've loved makeup since I was at my Momma's knee and stood mesmerized by the transformation that makeup did for her.

Basics are a tinted moisturizer and blush.
If I have time, then eyebrow powder and mascara.
liner and eyeshadow are the lowest priority.

By very basic days are: tinted moisturizer, blush, light eyeshadow, and mascara.
Add a nude gloss and eyebrow gel to hold the crazies in shape and that's my daily summer routine.
Not in summer or my heavier makeup days: moisturizer, BB or CC cream, concealer under eyes, mineral powder, blush, highlighter, more shadow, mascara, and brow gel.
I never ever use lip or eyeliners or lipstick. Always balm or gloss though!

I was having some problems with redness on my face so I stopped at the Clinque counter at Ulta to learn about the their products for redness. The woman demonstrated their products on me and then ended up doing a complete make up for me. I loved the way she did my face and I've been copying what she showed me each morning before going to work. After the redness moisturizer I use BB cream, Powdered eyeshadow, mascara and cream blush. Lipstick is really not my thing so I usually just put a quick swipe of Burt's bees.

I used a Bare Minerals powder eyebrow filler forever until it ran out, but I started to feel like it was harder to fill in as my brows got thinner with age, so I recently switched to an eyebrow gel/powder thing. It is NYX Tame & Frame. It is kind of like a damp-ish powder. I get much better coverage, but I had to learn to be very, very light handed with it. I follow The Beauty Department and get great tips and tutorials, along with product recommendations.
