What is your favorite thing about your scrap space? I have a room on the main floor of our house. I love that I have a contained space where I can shut the door, but I'm still close to the main part of the house. I have two closets and it's nice to have that storage space.

My Scrap 'n Cube and my Stampin' Things Organizers. Truly love these pieces, and my girls have even said they want them someday. They will last and last through the generations.

I love my project table that I purchased at Costco last year. It has a nice big work surface and lots of storage. It's so nice to be able to leave out a project, and come back to work on it in bits and pieces.

I love the organized feel when everything is in its place. Sometimes I go downstairs just to see it all organized. Organization calms and relaxes me.

I love my room! I am upstairs in an extra bedroom that is also our computer room. My dh jokes that all he has to do is knock out a wall and I can easily get to the bathroom and I won't have to ever leave it!

I like my cd player that lets me listen to books and that it is next to the kitchen.

This wouldn't have worked when my 4 kids were little, but I love that my room is in my basement where I can't hear the bickering and phone ringing, etc. I can go to my room and escape all that. Plus since it's in the basement it's a nice, cool place to escape to. I swear I hear a choir of angels sing when I turn on the light and step inside!

The color of the walls are so pretty and calming. Seeing all my goodies lined up on shelves. The "no yelling or arguing" rule that is in place there.  The fact that I can literally shut out the world and dive into creating. |

First I love that it's centrally located in my house. I can see most of my house from my room, so I don't feel shut off from everyone. Or more importantly, like I am shutting them out! Everyone's welcome in my room.
But the things in my room I like the most would be the 2 wood bookshelves I found at an antique mall. They are each 6 feet long, 12 inches deep, real wood and painted white. They line 2 walls in my room and hold a TON. They make the room feel put-together and allow me space for a tv and lots of pretties.

My Pier 1 project table that I stand at to scrap. My IKEA Expedits for general scrappy storage and Alex drawers for my wooden stamps. I also love the art work on my walls and shelves, very inspiring to me  |

My closet!!! After living in houses where my scrap space was in an open area or a corner of a room, etc., I'm so pumped to have storage for all the stuff that I don't want out. I can shut the door to the closet and the rest of my space is uncluttered. Yay!

I love ALL of it! It has taken me over 20 years to get the space I have now and I love how it's finally coming together exactly the way I always wanted it to. I still have a lot of hours of work to put in to get everything sorted out and organized now that I have my storage units installed, but once that's done DH will have a hard time getting DD and me out of there.
If I had to pick one thing though, it would be that my space is big and a I have room to have several friends over at the same time. I love having other people come over, it seems to help hold my feet to the fire and work on my own stuff if I have company!

I love that I'm right next to the bathroom which is perfect for clean up of messy stuff and I love all my old sets of drawers that I keep my supplies in.

My work table set up has a peninsula feel coming from the wall by the door which houses the pegboard, so I can stand on either side of the table and I love that. One side gives me a great view of the computer, so I can watch videos. The other I can just turn around and have access to my bookshelves of supplies. I also have easy bathroom access for clean up.

I really love my folding fabric cutting table. I can fit 21 12x12 layouts on it at one time. I like that I can put it away when I don't need it.

I have a hobby table (I do lots of sketching and painting as well) and my OH has an identical table opposite to work on his hobbies. I really enjoy that we can spend time together, working on separate projects.

Love that paper smell, kind of like a library and the smell of old books.

The view. There is plenty that I dislike about my space but we are at the top of a hill in a very leafy bushland area with big trees in our yard and my room is essentially all windows.

I just spent a good hour organizing embellishments by type to go in my new Iris case. It's the one with all the individual boxes that's meant to hold 4x6 pictures. I love it! I've also recently done a big purge/cleanout and this new case is my limit. If it won't fit, I have to use it or get rid of it or get rid of something else to make room.

We live on a nice piece of land in Wyoming and my office/craft room is on the west side of our house. There are windows the entire side and I have the best view. I get distracted by it...a lot!
