See, I don't know why I haven't been moved to Banned Camp. I have been making snarky comments for the last month, and most go unnoticed (like today in chat). They just ignore me. I don't get it. They are so willynilly on who gets banned, who doesn't. maybe this is what bothers me. I've been really ugly and still they ignore me. |

Something's wrong with me, why do I let this company bother me so much? I thought the same thing a couple months ago when I was in throes of my anger/resentment. That's when I added up how much I spent and realized THAT is why they bothered me so much and why it was not as easy to let my resentment go so easily. I willingly and gladly gave them all that money. Money I had to work extra to earn to spend how I wanted to spend (meaning not on necessities, etc.). I have zero feelings for Walmart. They annoy me sometimes and I get a little pissy when they keep changing their price match rules but at the end of the day, I don't really care so much. I have to buy what I have to buy there and they are often more convenient and better priced than other grocery stores. So I'm able to move and not care. But with SC, the things I bought were not necessities. They make me happy, yes, but I didn't need the items in order to survive. I trusted them and spent my money only to be treated like I didn't matter as a customer. Like they were Walmart and I was just a Walmart shopper looking for the best deal. And that just rubbed me the wrong way - especially after I saw how much I willingly spent there. |

I need to move on. I thought I had after brim field but after today's preview my anger resurfaced. Part of it is because I AM a small business owner and its sickening what they get away with. If they worked half as hard as my fiancé and I, they wouldn't be at 7 million mark, they'd be well into double digits. |

That SB kit is not exciting at all. Where's all the hints of fall? There isn't even anything exciting in the DT sneaks.

I asked in the chat why the kit was rainbowy instead of autumn colored and Gluestickgirl said that their kits are sold all over the world so they don't do "normal seasonal colors". That's a load of horse crap for a few reasons: 1-Prior kits did have seasonal colors / themes. 2-they treat most of their international customers like rubbish, minus Canadians. Also, I asked if they are now not doing them "seasonally" to account for the internationals (which would actually be fine by me, honestly) then are they also going to change the spelling of words to account for the requested international spelling? I was ignored. Again. Welcome to Fight Club. Again. |

So, I'm sorta of a lurker, I don't post too often. I should, this is a wonderful place. But I went over the SC boards a few months ago and followed the drama. Then I found this thread and I had to follow this one as well. I am in continual awe at CS and how they are still afloat as a business. I think it's funny and sad that so many of you are waiting for even an acknowledgement that you sent them a convo. When I saw the recipe "fun" thread that was being started about an hour ago by sgillispie who I believe is in Customer Service, I had to make my first comment. This is what I wrote (against the TOU I'm sure) : I'm a lurker here. Came to SC to check out the kits here a couple of months ago and wow! Not the place for me to sign up. Too scary of a company to get involved with!! But, the drama drew me in and I couldn't help but come back and read. But I will say, it boggles my mind that customer service has time for chatting about recipes on a message board, yet they don't have time to answer all the convos that having been waiting to be answered. It really just boggles my mind. But I guess priorities are different for everyone. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the fun stuff on message boards. But, from what I've been reading here and many, many other places, you guys gotta get your "stuff" together. Answer peoples convos for goodness sake!! Again...all I can say is, it boggles my mind. I then left for lunch and have just now sat down at the computer again. I decided to see if anyone on the SC boards commented on my comment. Nope...but only because it's not there anymore. Sigh... I guess I should have expected that. I do hope that all of you who are still waiting can get some kind of resolution to your conversations with SC. I feel so sorry for the people who have no idea who and what SC is at the moment and then sign up. I almost did and am so glad that I saved myself from all of the "yuckiness" that is SC right now. Maybe they will turn themselves around, but I don't think they will. They don't seem to think they have a problem, except for "growing pains". Anyway, there's my two cents. Thanks for reading and I hope I didn't ramble on too long. |

mom I was able to see the necklace on the sneaks page. ? It's ridiculous, though. I'm pretty sure I COULD make one of those myself. @juliehenry4 etsy boutique is spot on. That is exactly the vibe I'm getting there lately. Oh, and after watching that video, the word "delusional" that was thrown around a couple months ago couldn't be more spot on. That video. OMG Please get a new videographer - the speech isn't even in sync with the images. |

I agree about the color palette, but I actually really like the leaf woodblock stamp, the chipboard circles, the puffy asterisks, the white swan paper and the black/white diamonds paper. I DISPISE the weird pizza print, and hope the rest of that sheet of pp is useable. I also really, really, really hope that there are more than 3 pieces of patterned paper in the main, and that it includes at least *SOME* cardstock. I've never bothered with the preview videoes before, but I seriously hope that what appears in them is NOT the ENTIRE kit! |

Does anyone else find the Studio Calico reveal schedule stamp strange? Even when I was hyper-aware of the schedule due to FOMO, I would not have had much use for that stamp set as a whole (although some of the less specific sentiments circles are cute). Yeah, no idea what I'd use most of that for. Wasn't that another idea put forward by a customer? It's like the design team is completely lacking inspiration. |

And why does the videographer have to follow their hands picking up and setting down the product? Just focus on one thing (the product) and leave it there!
