Stuffed shells tonight- yummy Korean Beef Beef Stroganoff Italian beef Mississippi roast
All of them were good.
What have you made from the recipe board and are there any dishes you would like the recipe to show up on that board?
I'd like chicken alfredo.

I have made the Korean Beef and Yvonne's Mexican rice. The beef is good but I am in love with the rice (as in, I have memorized the recipe). I made Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes last week. They are also good, but not on the recipe board. My tip for them is that I think I am going to serve them on hot dog buns next, something that isn't sliced all the way through, because they really are sloppy! Also, if you have people who don't like mushrooms, dice instead of slice-- they virtually disappear.

I made the roasted edamame and corn salad for the first time tonight. It was a big hit with my family and friends!
I've made the Korean beef and the crock pot beef recipe a few times.
Many of the Pioneer Woman recipes that were mentioned in another thread sound like they're worth trying out!

I need to check out this board! Me too! I'm in such rut, and non-drivers practice schedule is killing me. Besides, I need to learn what Korean Beef is...

I've only made 2: Korean Beef, and Sticky Chicken (which is one that I posted, so duh!).
Time for me to have another look over there I think.

They must not have a lot of "sauce" to keep the meat stuck together, like a sloppy joe.

I've made the Mississippi Roast and the Italian Beef. Both were really good, and I have made the Mississippi Roast a few times since. I'd like to try the others too. When you go to all the trouble of cooking, it's nice to have something that's tried and true.

I've made Lauren's sausage soup (yummy), Belle Magic's dead aunt cookies (very yummy), brined pork chops (awesome technique), Suffyann's almond roca (extremely yummy)
