Well, doodlebug has a pack with a dozen little bottles. It's a little pricey but there are like three different finishes in each bottle, and there are a TON of sequins in there. Neat and Tangled has single colors and mixes, and I think they have a first class shipping option. Simon Says Stamp and Ellen Hutson both have some of their own, plus the neat & tangled, plus ones from pretty pink posh (a site I have not purchased from because it won't let me check out as a guest).

I have the tiny jars of Doodlebug mentioned above. Love them. You can get them at Joann's online using a coupon.

Dollar store. I have a stars and standard circle ones. I have bought little packs of Simons. I bought two packs of sequins at Dollar Tree. Each pack had five or six colors (one set was purple jewel tones and one was red, green, blue, purple, gold, silver). Each pack had a total of about 200 sequins (I didn't count.) I also happened to buy sequins in packs of 300 that were meant as sewing notions. I bought them at a thrift store unopened for 79 cents, but I'm sure you could buy them where ever sewing stuff is sold. I drool over those Doodlebug ones, though. When I have a scrap area set up again, I think that will be my first purchase to break my freeze.

I like buying sequins from this place: Cartwright's sequins They have so many different shapes and colors and finishes, and they also sell glitter. I've ordered from them several times and the service has always been great.
