DH (mechanic for 25 years) said it's likely a ball joint control arm or coil spring. It needs to be looked at but it's binding and not neccesarily that is breaking immediately. You can buy a silicone spray from a parts store and spray the top and bottom of the coil spring assembly and see if it helps take care of the noise.
