I love the bundle with the houses! Not sure what I am getting yet, but that will most likely be on the list.

Thank you, Scraphappyinjax, Your blog sneak peaks have restored my faith that there may be something in the holiday cattie that I like. I had seen the two that were posted under new arrivals on the SU website: www.stampinup.com/ECWeb/ItemList.aspx?categoryid=1216I am afraid the new cardinal stamp has me scratching my head. I don't live where cardinals are indigenous, so I have never seen one live, but what is with the hairy cardinal stamp? Those of you who are familiar with cardinals - can someone tell me if this is how they really look?

Those of you who are familiar with cardinals - can someone tell me if this is how they really look? In NE Florida where I live I see a lot of cardinals. They're such a pretty bird but I'd have to say the "hairyness" is an artistic interpretation. Not sure if that's the term you use when an artist draws his/her take on a subject.

I think it's just like Kara says, though-- in that case it's sort of an artistic styling. The branch he's on is kind of fuzzy, too. Not my favorite of their cardinal images, but I'm sure there's lots of other great stuff to be had.

How do I subscribe to the blog? It's super easy, Emily. If you go back to my latest blog post on the right hand side you will see the RSS button (orange square w/ wifi signal). Just click on the word "all" and it should allow you to subscribe to my page. If you need extra help let me know.

I'm in so much trouble with this mini. I've cut my list down from like $400 to just around $200. Can't wait for August 1st when Demos can start ordering.
This is the first mini in a long time that I love almost everything in it.

This is the first mini in a long time that I love almost everything in it. I'm trying to avoid making a list because I know I'm going to be in the same boat. I'm going to try and be smart - just order Halloween & fall items first. Then order Christmas later & not do it all at once.

Kara: Do you subscribe to Paper Pumkin?? What are your thoughts? I've seen a couple of the kits - the July one was really cute. I'm thinking I might possibly subscribe with the holidays coming up I'm sure they'll be cute and worth it.

We had a sneak peek of the kits for August and September Papsr Pumpkin at the convention. If you love Halloween you will love September kit with the bags to stuff candy in it. I think SU has had good kits lately and I think it is worth subscribing and there's no risk to it as you can cancel or restart anytime.

I'm thinking I might possibly subscribe with the holidays coming up I'm sure they'll be cute and worth it. Annette, PP has definitely improved since the beginning. The kit for July is too cute. At convention, Sara Douglass did something completely different than what is shown on the kit's brochure & I just loved it so much. I'm going to CASE what she did. There's a 50% off special going on right now for the first 2 mos if you are a brand new subscriber. I think this is an excellent promo especially if you aren't sure but I bet you'll love them and want to keep getting them. We were able to to see a sneak peek like the previous poster mentioned and August & September's kits are really great. My new blog is now live...link in my signature, and you can find out more info about it there.
