Just beautiful...what kind of camera are you using? It's a Canon 5D with a Canon 24-105mm lens and polarizer. For sunrise shots I also used graduated neutral density filters. Lightroom and Photoshop for post processing.

In the last picture, what is that sitting on the rock, almost missed that little guy...
Thank you for the camera info...I just have a little point and shoot it camera, was hoping to find a camera that is real easy to use for close up and far away shots without having to figure the what to use and how to use it...lol...don't know if they make a "camera for dummies"....that would be me...

It's a short tail weasel. I wish I had my zoom lens on when I saw him - but I was lucky to even get this picture as he was moving very quickly!

Once again, I'm in awe of your talents and opportunities (to travel and hike). I'm originally from Canada, but have never had the chance to visit the Rockies. Great job and TFS!

Great photos. I've been and have my own photos but I never get tired of looking at others photos of my beautiful province, many of the people I follow on Instagram are those who highlight the Rockies. I haven't been since Easter and if my daughter didn't have volleyball on Thanksgiving weekend we'd be heading to Jasper for sure. 4 hours to Jasper or 5 hours to Edmonton - mountains win every time.

Gorgeous shots. It renews my soul to see our Alberta Rockies. I love them. Grew up looking at them every single day at breakfast. Never forget how majestic they are.
