What's everyone planning for dinner tonight? I have leftover chicken noodle soup and of course the noodles absorbed the liquid overnight. I used really thin curly vermicelli so it now looks like ramen. I think I'll go with that and add some soy and sriracha

It's a taco night here. I think we might watch a movie, too. I'm still in the mood to bake, but too tired today. Maybe tmw...I want to perfect my Xmas cookie list.

I'm going to make chicken and dumplings. It's nice to be back to fall and winter meals.

It's our 18th anniversary today and normally we would be going out for dinner but dh is on a special diet to get ready for a colonoscopy on Monday So we're grilling burgers and hot dogs and I'm roasting baby potatoes ... I'd definitely rather go out but at least I'll be having wine

It's take-out night here. Since I knew I wasn't going to have to cook dinner, I cooked and shredded 5 pounds of chicken, cooked 3 pounds of ground beef, and the applesauce is finishing up in the crockpot. I made sure to time things so the applesauce would be the lingering smell.

Fajitas, re-fried beans and cilantro lime rice. My in-laws are coming so I'll start off with bacon corn dip (so good but not at all good for you...my reward for having the in-laws over)

Manicotti, salad, and Italian bread. I really need to get up off the couch and get that going!

Saturday night means dinner out for us. We're going shopping for new flooring for our bedroom, then I think we'll hit the local organic/healthy Mexican place, which also just so happens to serve killer margaritas

Sausage soup and crackers Oh, is that the famous sausage soup from the old board? I love that soup! I'm making roasted chicken and brussel sprouts.

So the dinner and auction went GREAT! It raised almost $10,000!! That's amazing for our little community.
I ended up coming home with a GC for an hour massage and tickets to a kids science place. Not too shabby!
Tonight for dinner... Hmmm, I have no idea! Maybe homemade pancakes. Or from scratch mac and cheese. Most likely the mac and cheese since there will be leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Chicken and rice burritos...or chicken and cheese quesadillas...depends on how I feel when it's time for dinner.
