I actually found a super cute roll at the dollar store, and I got another one there I liked as well. The quality is probably not good and see through But I love the design and colors.

One of my local ones did every year. I was so jealous because it wasn't my school. Maybe you can donate it there. We did gift wrapping when I was a Girl Scout too for the giving tree, but I think those are donated wrapless now.

I bought Star Wars paper with matching tags. I'm excited to use it!! I have Star Wars paper to wrap the dozen or so Design a vinyl Stormtrooper helmets I go for everyone in my family. Then I'm going to wrap twine around them and attach lightsaber pencils in lieu of bows. Then I'll bring a wide variety of colored Sharpies along if they want to "play" right away.

I love paper, too. I got four different kinds of silver. The heavy embossed kind. Everything will be wrapped in different silver patterns with a gorgeous giant red ribbon Thank you TJM!

I bought the Sugar Paper stuff from Target. I seriously dislike wrapping presents though, so I'm not even sure I'm going to use it.

I've been using the same paper for years. I bought it at Costco and am beyond tired of it. Trying so hard to use it up but not doing a great job. I also have paper from a fundraiser but just a little bit and so far it has been too small for the things I have tried to wrap. I have two of the rolls from Costco and it us double sided but admit I am not thrilled with the other side either. There is a lot left and I am tempted to donate it to the mall wrappers. I just never make it to the mall they do it as a fundraiser. We buy very few Christmas gifts anymore and when I do wrap I like to use reuseable or practical items like fabric bags or new kitchen tea towels. I think I am going to donate most of my giant stash of holiday wrap to the organization from which our congregation has "adopted" a family with 5 kids for the holidays. All items donated need to be new and delivered to the organization unwrapped, so I'm guessing they would appreciate some wrapping paper.

Santa's gift is always in white paper with red ribbon. I have the hardest time finding plain white. Luckily ds is 14, so I can just use any paper that is white on the other side.
All other gifts are Kraft paper or red paper with white or natural color ribbons.
I love to wrap gifts. Many years ago I worked at drug store/liquor store. We had several businesses that came in to buy gifts for employees and customers at Christmas. These would be massive piles that they wanted gift wrapped. It turned out I had a real gift for gift wrapping. Once the businesses caught on that I was good at it, my boss just had me work gift wrap from Thanksgiving on. No stocking shelves or cashiering for me! Woohoo. I also got huge tips and a super nice bonus from my boss for being a go along girl.

They use it for crafts, gift wrapping, and covering the bulletin boards.

I am doing a black and gold theme this year with snowflakes. I cut out everyone's initials with my cricut and use those as tags.

I buy silver and blue foil paper in many different patterns from Dollar Tree. This is my third year using it and I love it still! I buy lots of rolls after Xmas.

Last year I bought a couple of rolls of reversible paper from Costco, purple for DD and blue for DS. The rolls were so big that I had heaps left over so I will be using the same paper again this year.
DD told me that she wants a colour scheme for our tree and the gifts this year, all the decorations to be silver and blue and the wrapping paper to match. I told her that I am not Martha Stewart and the decorations and paper would be whateverthehellcolour I have in the cupboard!

I haven't been able to find anywhere that will take it. Most charities here won't take anything in the "paper" category. A couple of years ago, I cleaned out the closet by putting everything in the lobby of my apartment building on a Saturday morning by the mailboxes with a note that said FREE WRAPPING PAPER. It was all gone by Sunday. If you are not in an apartment building, try taking it to work (yours or DH's).

I usually buy a multi-pack with coordinating patterns, and use one roll for each category of gifts (gifts that will stay here and be opened under our tree, gifts that get mailed to family in my hometown, gifts that get hauled with us to DH's family, and gifts for friends). It makes it easy to quickly visually see what's what when I'm packing. This year I bought a four-pack of shorter rolls at Costco, not the gigantor mega neverending roll, although one year I bought TWO of the damn things so that I had my four patterns. That was some serious overkill. I used most of it but got tired of it after the second year.
So now I buy a little more judiciously, and I recycle everything that's left over once we're done unless I'm sharing with my parents. The school doesn't want it, I don't reuse it, the thrift store doesn't want to resell a half-used roll of paper that's been stored in a closet for two years, and I don't want to store it year after year. It's part of my post-Christmas clean sweep where I seriously purge my entire home of everything Christmas before I have to go back to work after the break.

I wrap all the presents in kraft paper, white ribbon and add a pine cone or two....which reminds me that DD and I need to pick those pine cones this weekend.

I used to do bows, but DH's family complained about them, so I don't anymore. They complained about bows?! So weird. Who does that?! I'm wrapping all my gifts in kraft paper with red or green paper doilies on top, then tied around with red or green twine. I bought the paper, the doilies, and the twine all at the Dollar Tree. The bonus to this is that they look rustic and the bows can't be crushed.

Alas, I have such a hoard I am not allowed to buy any new this year. I work retail so I know I bought a ton super cheap after the holiday last year in addition to what I already had!
