If you want to do what we do then go to your local(if you have one)Asian market and buy frozen gyoza. My favorite brand is Dai-lee, but it's hit or miss when you try to find it. I defrost it and fry it up. It's so easy. Thanks for this! I will check for the frozen ones at my Asian market. I am thinking that I would like to try to make them sometime, but maybe for Super Bowl, buying frozen would be the better way to go. ETA: I Hope you see this before you go shopping. The brand is Day-lee. I spelled it incorrectly. Any brand will do, but Day-lee tastes great.
