Zero I imagine. It sounds orgasmic. You were all correct - I just had a slice after my very healthy avocado/salad sandwich instantly ruining the benefits It was lovely though...made without flour and the egg whites are whipped like meringue then folded in which gives it a lovely slightly crunchy, gooey texture - divine Ohhh, now that does sound absolutely delicious! And it's made without flour so has got to be healthy!! Any chance of a pointer to the recipe please? We love deserts with the texture you describe.

I don't like pie. I don't like cookies. I tolerate ice cream. I love cake. I am a cake addict. Cake is my thing. I could buy a whole cheesecake at our local grocery store and eat it all. It is a very good cake though and it's not that big. I love cake. Sometimes on Friday night when I have worked out during the day I go to the store and get a piece of cake. I love cake. I hate healthy eating and to be honest, I don't feel that much better either. I would think I should feel better but I don't. I just look better. Cake...

I made a chocolate chip cookie pie the other day for company and needless to say it didn't last too long after they left!

Here you go...sorry, but you'll need to translate quantities probably. For the sponge - 175g plain chocolate, broken into pieces 175g caster sugar 6 eggs, separated 2 level tbsp cocoa, sieved For the filling - 200g softened butter 400g icing sugar For the topping - 20g white chocolate 33cm x 23cm (13in x 9in) Swiss roll tin Method - Lightly grease Swiss roll (shallow) tin and line with non-stick baking parchment, pushing it into the corners. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4. Melt the chocolate slowly in a bowl over a pan of hot water. Allow to cool slightly. Place the sugar and egg yolks in a bowl and whisk with an electric whisk on a high speed until light and creamy. Add the cooled chocolate and stir until evenly blended. Whisk the egg whites in a large bowl until stiff but not dry. Gradually add the stiffened egg whites to the chocolate mixture, folding in gently and then add the sieved cocoa powder in the same way. Pour the mix into the prepared tin and gently level the surface. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until firm to the touch. Test it is cooked through with a skewer. Remove the roulade from the oven, leave in the tin to cool partially. Turn out onto a piece of baking paper sprinkled with icing or caster (fine) sugar. Carefully pull off cooking paper and then roll up in the fresh baking paper so that the paper is within the roulade. Leave to cool further. Mix together the softened butter and sugar then unrole the roulade and spread butter onto the inside surface. Roll up again pulling off the paper as you go. Gently melt the white chocolate and drizzle over. I hope that's all clear!!

I have banana cupcakes with chocolate icing. And it's that time of the month, so I consider the fact that I've only eaten two a huge success.

I googled, it's a superfine granulated sugar. Not as fine as confectioners sugar, but finer than table sugar. Although, two of the articles also said that y'alls regular sugar granules are larger than ours, the caster sugar is finer. Im im going to look to see if I can find such a thing!

I am having a problem with cake myself. I eat it and eat it and eat it. I have weight to lose and it must be done. Healthy eating grosses me out. I hate the feel of lettuce in my teeth and other vegetables in my stomach. Cake feels good. Very good!
