I want the cute top that is on the banner ad. Instead it's only a lure to get me to your website, where I can't find anything that's nearly as pretty. Thanks but no thanks.

Gah, I hate that. Ulta did something similar to me, it's not even with banner ads. They had a lovely collage of a bunch of makeup, but all opened and with no visible brand markings. I can't buy that thing that looks like cream liner/cream shadow/cream highlighter if I don't know what it is; I'm not gonna try to figure it out; and why oh why can't I click on the pretty makeup and be taken to the product page? Hmph.

I feel the same about Birch Lane. Their ad shows up on my Facebook feed with a gorgeous bluegreen glass-front cabinet. I can't find it anywhere on their site. It's clickbait. Grrr.
