Wow. I thought I had posted the thread over 2 hours ago and when I couldn't find it I checked my profile. Turns out I somehow posted this on another thread as a post. I have no idea what I did wrong, but it is very awkward. Anyway, I hope I do this correctly.
There's a good possibility that we'll be grilling Teriyaki chicken with rice and veggie. We bought a new grill last weekend and we have to use it. If we don't grill tonight I'll make a pasta dish.
What's on your menu?
Have a terrific Wednesday everyone.

Nothing has gone as planned this week, so I am still in the dark about dinner. What I do know is I am going to make bleu cheese coleslaw!

We're having the second birthday celebration of the week and tonight's menu is: chicken salad and egg salad in pitas/sandwich thins/tortillas, pasta salad, cucumber, onion, tomato salad, strawberry jello, and peanut butter fingers instead of cake.

I'm making a mock paella-type vegetarian dish I found on-line. Mostly because I had chick peas in the pantry I wanted to use up before they expired. We'll probably have some kind of garlicy bread to go with. Here's the recipe for anyone interested: Spanish Chick Peas and Rice

Leftover pork cutlets. I'm trying to develop a serving strategy. I think DH wants them as a Japanese style dinner with fried rice, but I'm currently leaning towards serving with BBQ sauce and potatoes. Hmm, what to do?

Grilled chicken, sourdough rolls with herb butter, salad, and green beans. I might do something special with the blackberries I bought, but it might just be melted vanilla ice cream on top with toasted almonds, too.
Thanks for the thread. Yummy stuff tonight for all of us!

I have no idea. None. I have been so busy, and I did not sleep well last night. I might take a nap. Last night, the kids got subs, and I got taco Tuesday. I am eating leftovers as I am posting right now. I do know that my kids won't starve. For that matter, neither will I. Lisa

Grilled chicken, baked potatoes and broccoli/cauliflower mix. Update: not that anyone cares but we had teriyaki grilled chicken, baked sweet potatoes and spinach. I love sweet potatoes!

Now if only I could access my Pinterest account at work [sigh]
Another afternoon/night of driving from one place to another means another quick and easy dinner. I pulled meatballs out of the freezer, I'll have dh heat them and cook up pasta and when I finally get home I'll have mine with sautéed chard.

Tball practice from 5-6 so it's going to be a quick throw together dinner when we get home. Egg salad on croissants with sliced fruit and veggies. It's another beautiful sun shiney day here Heard the rain is due back on Thursday though and will last through the weekend. Ugh!!

We were going to go out with MIL but dd#2 is sick and stayed home from school today ... the last thing we need is for her to give a virus to Nana Instead, dh and I will have a quinoa Greek salad and the dd's will have macaroni and tomatoes ... Yes, I'm giving in and cooking two dinners because my kids (who are teens) don't like Greek salad

I have my Costco chicken (currently missing only a single drumstick) but I don't know what I'm going to do with it. If I'm on my own tonight, I'm kind of craving stuffing and gravy ... but if it turns out I'm feeding my soy-sauce-crazed boy after all, it will be chicken fried rice instead.
