I've seen the same thing in ladies' rooms before. Many, many times.

why for all that good and holy can't people put toliet paper where it's supposed TO GO! There is a trash can in the corner for a reason! Hang on, say WHAT now? You put toilet paper in a trash can? And to think all these years I've been flushing it down the toilet......

having cleaned bathrooms when I worked at grocery stores and fast food - women are WAY nastier than men. No one ever wanted to clean the women's room because it was ALWAYS trashed and ugh - pee, poo, blood, pads/tampons, diapers, makeup smears...and who the heck leaves lipstick marks (like kisses) on the mirror in a PUBLIC bathroom...makes me ill just thinking about it.

I have gone into the women's bathrooms in some places and it is was horrid. Some people have no manners or common courtesy.

I had a whole discussion with some locals about this because I found it gross but it was the norm to them. I'm sure other countries might do this as well.

In Mexico this is expected due to the plumbing as well. It's pretty nasty. And in Arizona it's seen pretty often as well especially the closer to the border you get. But typically in the US you flush it...

I once had a garage sale at a local community center place. We were the only ones using that space that day. I saw a woman use the restroom and then after bit I went in to use it. She had literally smeared shit all over the toilet, floor, wall. WHY? That's what I want to know, just why? ok and HOW, how does that happen? Didn't you want to ask?

She couldn't work out why her toilet smelled of wee until she realised that her guests were putting the used toilet paper in the rubbish bin. She had to tell them that in Australia we flush the used toilet paper. I never would have thought people do this in the US though.

All my business to the first big box store that starts hiring bathroom attendants... who check each stall after it's used and make the person who crapped on the floor clean up after themselves.

At my job, I am the only female. I have 9 male coworkers. We have seperate restrooms. This does not stop the men from using the ladies room. They are all freaking pigs! They pee on the seat, the floor and the wall next to the toilet! It's stinking disgusting!
If I go in there and it's in that state, I promptly march my butt out to the shop and ask them if their wives have to deal with this at home, or if their parents ever taught them to use the dang bathroom correctly. The manager ends up going in to clean it up because no one will cop to leaving the mess and he thinks it's disgusting too. I'm sure they all think I'm a raving lunatic, but I could care less. It's disgusting and unhygienic!

The pee and poop were on the porcelain bowl, not the seat. It was a man. I agree women can be pigs, too. But at my school, where we have TWO male employees, the bathrooms are always clean. Well--the adult ones. The kids bathrooms are a completely different story. I have to have weekly discussions about why there is poop on the wall and crayons in the toilet. And it's always the boys.... Never the girls. Maybe I'm a bathroom sexist. Both men and women poop with the seat down so that still could have been either one.

I did janitorial work for years, in restaurants, bars, church, and offices.
The men's rooms were worse. Old nasty pee everywhere. Like they didn't even bother to aim. Under the urinals it ate away through the linoleum.
Yes, I've seen some nasty stuff in women's rooms, too, but for consistent smell, random pubic hair, and peescapes all over the walls, the men win.

I have worked at Fortune 500 companies for most of my adult life, and I am often horrified by the conditions that women will leave a bathroom stall in. And also the shared kitchen - but that's on both men and women. These are educated, well-paid people. Don't they say to themselves, "Hey, the nice people I see every day wearing khaki's and polo shirts - they work here too, and they will have to clean up this mess after me." It's this complete contempt and disregard for these other people that blows my mind the most. I often find myself in the kitchen cleaning up a little bit because I am embarrassed for the cleaning people to come in and see what these other pigs have left behind for them to deal with.

I often cleaned a restaurant's bathroom when I was a teen and the women's bathroom was always grosser.

Nope. Not buying the OP's theory about it being a man. Women are much much MUCH more disgusting than men when it comes to bathrooms. Baffles my mind how gross they can be.
