Pure Romance is having their annual World Conference starting Tuesday and i've got 20 ladies on my first line that will be going. I decided this morning (yeah, this morning- ugh!) to put together World Conference 'survival kits' for each of them. I found cute pink pencil boxes and made stickers for the top that say Welcome to World Conference! I'm super glad you're here. You'll laugh, learn, have tons of fun and maybe shed a tear. Get to know your sisters-smile share & grow. When you have questions, Honey Badgers will surely know! If you find yourself alone and want some company- Reach out to these ladies or you can even text me.
Have a fantastic week, i'm so looking forward to our time together. Steph W-W (phone number)
Each box is tied with a pink bow and inside a gift bag with pretty smelling tissue paper, they'll be in their rooms before they check in for the week.
Inside we have- a mini bottle of wine (personalized w/team name) - I'm thinking 'Cheers to growing your business, your first drink is on me!" Pocket tissues- to wipe your tears of joy (or others!) Life Savers- to remind you you're a life saver to our team Orbitz gum- to remind you to 'stick together' as a team Almond Joy- for the Joy and confidence you'll gain in your business Twizzlers- because sometimes life throws you a twist. Pen- to always remember what's important Eraser- to remind you it's ok to make mistakes, just keep going! OR because everyone makes mistakes and deserves a second chance. Mojo Bar- To keep your mojo going strong package of sparklers- Because baby you're a firework Caffeine Drops- for a burst of energy when you need it. Cough Drops- Hair elastics - to help you stretch beyond your limits bobby pins- safety pins- paper clips- to hold it all together Advil packets- Handful of assorted candies- Glittery Band-Aids- To remind you to always keep your sparkle lip balm- bottled water-
I'm absolutely looking for suggestions for any and all of them, y'all are much more creative than I am...anyone got ideas?

I'm not very creative, but are sparklers allowed on airplanes?

What a great idea--you came up with some really creative ideas--I might have to steal this for later on down the line for what I hope will soon to me a new job w/a sales team under me.
Here are a few ideas :
Safety pins because there is safety in numbers.
Bobby pins to put your hair up on those days when you just want to pull it out.
Advil for those nights when it's really a not tonight dear I have a headache moment.

Very cute idea, but I might scale it back a bit. You easily have $12-15 invested in each bag. Times 20 bags is a lot of your money put into something that may not really be used.
I would try to keep it under $5, including the cost of the bag. I like the idea of the wine,a pen, a bit of candy, and maybe a packet of Advil. Although I don't really drink, don't eat candy, and can't take Advil. But I guess that's what I mean--I would hate to see so much of it go to waste. But I would be delighted to find a little gift bag waiting for me at check in. When I travel with DH, there is often a gift basket of fresh fruit and a treat in our hotel room. It's a nice touch to let the guest know they are welcome.

I would not use a tissue paper with a fragrance in a bag with food items. The odor will transfer to all the items in the bag. I used to be in the gift basket industry and the biggest "no no" was mixing food and fragrances ( unless the food was in a glass or metal container)

I've already got everything purchased and assembled, just needing to tie it together. I'm at right near $20 including gift bags, cards and the boxes to hold it all. They're worth it TravelScrapper, love those! Thanks!

I would be afraid not only that those are gonna set off the explosive detector but that anything they were touching might have leftover residue that will set off the alarm. And with those, I don't think it matters whether they are checked or not-- I think it's alarms either way. ETA: It's possible they won't be a problem at all, but that's just the kind of thing I worry about.

I think this is very sweet and cute. If they are flying they could just light them one night at the conference before they leave.

Well, unless they've changed the regulations in the last year, sparklers are apparently illegal on the plane. blog.tsa.gov/2013/06/tsa-travel-tips-tuesday-fireworks-dont.htmlwww.tsa.gov/traveler-information/prohibited-item [HASH]9

Great idea! The only thing I can think of for the advil is something around life's little heads Cough drops- to cure that tickle in your throat before starting an amazing talk Bottle of water - when you're parched, keeping hydrated will keep you going. Lip balm - depends on the type but something about keeping your lips soft and supple for your big moment? Safety pins - you never know when you'll have to keep it all together. Bobby pins - sometimes an updo is the only way to go to be ? I'm not quite awake yet, so I don't really know if any of that makes sense.
