Chocolate chip cake cookies. I get requests for them from family members (and I'm not much of cook/baker) They are very easy though.
I think the original recipe was from the Betty Crocker site, but I modified it over the years:
1 box yellow cake mix 1/2 cup butter softened (not melted) 2 tablespoons milk (I use skim) 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract 1 egg 1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
drop in spoonfulls, cook at 350 for exactly 10 minutes (they do not look done when you take them out, but don't leave them in longer)
There are never any left!

Blackberry Wine Cake
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe (you can use other brands) 4 eggs 1/2 cup blackberry wine 1/2 cup oil 1/2 cup Water
Mix all together. Pour into greased Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. (In my oven using a Pampered Chef stonewear pan it takes 45-50 minutes at 325. So start checking doneness at 45 minutes.)
Take cake from oven and set aside. Mix glaze while cake cools slightly in pan. 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup blackberry wine 1 stick butter. Mix in a sauce pan. Stir over medium heat until it boils. Stir frequently. After it boils cook 3 minutes. Pour mixture over cake in pan. Let cake sit 5 minutes. Turn cake out onto plate. (You have to give the cake a little time to soak up the liquid, but not so much time that the cake cools and sticks to the pan.)
Recipe is also good with rum. And the cake is better the next day.

How can the thread have gone this long without someone condemning us for an evil processed box cake mix?? I was wondering the same thing! I have a gluten free boxed mix marble cake in the oven right now. Yellow mix that I've added cocoa to a portion of the batter and swirled it into the yellow cake. I'm not sure if they sell marble cake mix any more but it was always my favorite.
